The jury includes leading representatives of culture and art, professional directors, musicians, vocalists, and choreographers from higher educational institutions in Russia.

On Tuesday, November 26, in the reading room of the library of the Yubileiny cultural center in the Rogovskoye settlement, a meeting was held with the only three-time general in Russia (major general of the FSB reserve, lieutenant general of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, lieutenant general of the Federal Drug Control Service) Alexander Mikhailov, who presented his new book to the residents of Rogovskoe “I go through life as I want.”

Graduate of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, member of the Union of Journalists, laureate of literary awards, since 1993 - member of the Union of Writers of Russia, author of 12 books. A screenwriter, he has written scripts for three feature films and two documentaries. Since 1974, he served in state security agencies. He rose from junior lieutenant to major general of counterintelligence.

Alexander Georgievich was engaged in operational activities for 15 years. In 1989, he was appointed head of the first press service in the USSR within the KGB of the USSR, whose officers took part in complex operations in the fight against organized crime and terrorism. In 1998, Alexander Georgievich was invited to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Through his efforts, the information background of the “Police Wave” radio, the “Shield and Sword” newspaper, and the “Duty Unit” program on the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK) fundamentally changed.

After the election of Sergei Stepashin as Chairman of the Government, Alexander Georgievich headed the Government Information Department of the Government Office of the Russian Federation. At the same time he served as the Government Press Secretary. During the period of the second Chechen campaign, he headed the Russian Information Center.

In 2003, he was invited to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federal Service for Drug Control. Currently, Alexander Mikhailov is retired, is active in public activities, and participates in the military-patriotic education of the younger generation.

The meeting was attended by: o head of the administration of the settlement of Rogovskoye Ilya Podkaminsky, hero of Russia, police colonel Alexander Golovashkin, deputy of the Council of Deputies of the settlement of Rogovskoye Dmitry Niskaus, head of the VPO "Narsky Frontier" Ekaterina Mironova, commander of the search detachment "Dolg" Alexander Oshivalov, deputy commander of the PA "Dolg" Maxim Novikov , fighter of the "Dolg" association Maria Novikova, students of school No. 2073, residents of the settlement.

The meeting was opened by acting head of administration Ilya Podkaminsky.

Alexander Golovashkin, Dmitry Niskaus and Alexander Mikhailov solemnly presented certificates of honor to the search engines of the Nara Frontier VPO.

Alexander Mikhailov told Rogov residents about his life and work. He answered all questions openly, with humor, giving examples from his life. The general dedicated his new book to the work of KGB operatives.

For the guests of the evening, Svetlana Kotovshchuk performed the melodic song “Above My Russia” to the words of Alexander Mikhailov (music by Kristina Aglints). The poem “Hare” was read by Rogov school student Anastasia Yakovleva.

At the end of the meeting, the author of the book presented the guests with copies with a unique signature for each. The youngest participant of the meeting, Andrey Golov, was the first to receive the book. The little first-grader listened to the general with deep interest all evening.

The head of the VPO "Nara Frontier" Ekaterina Mironova presented the library with an intellectual military-patriotic game "Moscow is behind us" and expressed her gratitude to the organizers for a significant event for Rogov residents and especially for young search engines.

The Moscow Children's Festival of National Cultures “My Home is Moscow” has been held at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers since 2016. The founders of the festival: the Department of National Policy and Interregional Relations of the City of Moscow and the Department of Education of the City of Moscow.

The festival sets itself the following goals: to show the richness and beauty of folk art, to introduce children and youth to the cultural heritage, and to help develop intercultural dialogue.

From November 2019 to June 2020, at the “My Home is Moscow” festival, schoolchildren will get acquainted with national cultures concentrated in the capital. The festival program includes a competition (10 nominations), as well as seven days of national cultures. The gala concert and award ceremony for the laureates of the Moscow Children's Festival of National Cultures “My Home is Moscow” will take place on June 1, 2020. An excerpt from the fairy tale "Snow White" received a 2nd degree laureate. The exemplary choreographic ensemble "Rodnichok" of the House of Culture "Peresvet" became a first-degree laureate in two competitions at once: the International festival-competition "Southern Tale" in Pitsunda, Republic of Abkhazia and the International festival-competition of children's and youth creativity "Coast of Victories" in Sochi.The team was awarded a special prize "For the best costume" and nominated for the International Award in the field of children's and youth creativity "ARTIS".

The exemplary choreographic ensemble "Rodnichok" won the highest award - the GRAND PRIX and the special prize of the festival "Sympathy of the Star" at the International festival-competition "Constellation of Children's Talents".

Two groups from our cultural center "Peresvet" - "Holiday" and "Cartoons" - earned awards at the international festival-competition "Planet of Arts". Very young children became second and third degree laureates.

The international multi-genre art festival-competition “Pro-creativity” is taking place in Moscow. Both amateur and professional creative groups and soloists of various genres and directions were invited to participate.

The goals of the competition are not only to create favorable conditions for the cultural development of participants, but also to preserve and develop cultural potential, introduce young talents to the best examples of culture and art, attract attention from the public, state, international, commercial and non-profit organizations to the creativity of children and youth , promoting the growth of creative abilities and the harmonious development of personality, the exchange of creative experience and the strengthening of friendly relations between participants from various regions of Russia and other countries.
The performances of the contestants were evaluated by professionals: academicians, professors, associate professors of higher educational institutions of culture and art, outstanding cultural and artistic figures, composers, representatives of the media, show business, as well as the best representatives of the professional creative elite of Russia and other countries of the world. The jury members assessed the participants' performances using a 10-point system.

In January 2019, Vadim Mishchenko, a student of the City House of Culture, took part in the festival-competition. Together with his curator Anastasia Viktorovna Drizhd, he prepared a poem for the competition

S. Mikhalkov “Thirty six and five”. Based on the voting results, Vadim received a 1st degree Laureate Diploma in the “Artistic Word” nomination. And Anastasia Viktorovna was also awarded a Certificate and a Letter of Gratitude for her spiritual generosity and high professionalism and teaching talent.
