As you might have guessed from my blog posts and social media, I really love aesthetics. I especially like everything related to female beauty - fashion, decorative and skincare cosmetics (as well as healthy and beautiful food;)). For the last four months I have been taking care of my beauty quite carefully - I smear myself with all sorts of different creams, do masks and body wraps, and regularly go to the playground in skirts and heels :)

Because Taking care of yourself is a sacred female duty (you can read about women’s responsibilities), a pleasant pastime, and also a kind of therapy for the female soul, then I decided to systematize taking care of my beauty by creating a beauty schedule for the month. By taking daily self-care, taking small steps every day, I can forget about worries about rough heels, unplucked eyebrows or lack of manicure :)

So, I added a morning and evening skincare routine to my self-care plan. My morning routine includes cleansing my face and neck. I wash my face with cleansers about every other day (since even the best of them dry out my skin), and every other day I wash my face with just water. I wash my eyes with cold water ten times. After washing my face, I spray myself with cosmetic water to moisturize. About eight months ago I discovered these wonderful products, and now I never leave them for a day. After the water has dried (sometimes I help it with patting movements), I apply nourishing cream and gel under the eyes.

Evening care in my beauty routine involves removing makeup and using water to moisturize the skin. Again in the evening I apply nourishing cream and gel under my eyes.

In addition to these items, my beauty schedule includes a scrub + coconut wrap for hands and feet. I really love coconut oil. For dry skin on the hands and feet, this is a real lifesaver. To make the wrap, I simply smear my hands/feet with oil, put on plastic gloves/bags, and put on ordinary gloves (you can use construction gloves)/socks and sit like that for half an hour. After 30 minutes, I remove everything and blot the remaining oil with a paper towel. The effect is simply wonderful! By the way, when I don’t have enough time to do a manicure or pedicure, I apply coconut oil around my nails for about 10 minutes and the cuticle looks very well-groomed;)

In my beauty plan I also included eyebrow plucking once a week, manicure and pedicure every 10 days (this does not mean applying nail polish, but simply caring for the cuticles and shaping the nails).

This was my daily self-care plan. Let me remind you that I only use skincare (and decorative) cosmetics that do not contain animal ingredients and are not tested on animals. Read reviews of some of my products in the “Fashion, beauty, shopping” section.

Day 1. Hand care

The skin of your hands ages faster than the skin of your face, and a sloppy manicure is always very noticeable. If your job involves communicating with people, then your hands should always be in order.

Day 2. Foot care

Often we don’t pay enough attention to our feet. In summer, the skin becomes dry due to open shoes, and in winter, many people do not even take off their boots in the office, which also leads to a number of problems.

  • Relax by dipping your feet into a hydromassage bath or simply pour hot water into a basin, adding sea salt and a couple of drops of your favorite essential oil to the water.

Day 3. Body care

Day 4. Hair care

  • Apply a hair mask.
  • We wash off the mask, you can rinse your hair with herbal infusion, apple cider vinegar for shine.

It's best not to comb your hair until it's dry. And don't forget to visit your hairdresser regularly.

Day 5. Facial treatment

On this day you can pamper your skin with something special; regular facial care will very quickly bring the desired result.

  • We wash and cleanse the skin well.

I will not write much in this post about the benefits of this procedure, since I have already written. Lately I like to take a bath with, rather than with, fragrant foam.
At the same time, you can make a hair or face mask, depilation and much more.

And on the seventh day I just rest. This day can also be considered a reserve day if you miss a day.
