If the housewife doesn’t have long hours to cook, you can use a quick recipe. Ingredients: 3 kilos of strong fruits, 2 cups of granulated sugar.

  1. Washed apples are rubbed on a coarse grater. Apart from this, you can also use a food processor or blender to grind them. It is not necessary to remove the skin from the fruit, but do not forget that it will still be felt in the finished delicacy.
  2. The bottom of a large saucepan or basin is moistened with cold water. The apple mixture is placed in the selected container.

Boil for five minutes and cool for a long time, do this three to four times.
