What will happen to Gulshat Khamitova and the Markhamat Foundation? Charitable criminal lottery of the Khamitovs There is something to say thank you for

"TWO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HARMONY IN THE FAMILY"

Your spouse is the president and it is probably very difficult for him to be a good family man. With such work, as they say, stress is within reach. How do you, Gulshat Gafurovna, manage to maintain harmony in the family. It's no secret that here a lot depends on the woman.

In any life situation, two are responsible for harmony in the family. We are no exception. Rustem Zakievich is a very patient and wise person, he has an awful lot of work, and the family should now be the main support for him. My children and I try to be such a support.

In an interview with KP, Rustem Khamitov said that his main stylist is you. How often is the president's wardrobe replenished? How do you - an unprofessional image maker - manage to dress your husband so well? Where do you buy shirts for him? Do you go shopping together in Ufa, maybe in Moscow or abroad?

Of course, I help my husband with advice in choosing clothes, and I myself often ask his opinion about my outfits. We do shopping together, but I always remain the main consultant for my husband in these matters. Rustem Zakievich dresses in ordinary stores. The main principle for us is good things and a competent sales assistant. Fortunately, we managed to find such a store in Ufa and now we are shopping there. In the future, we do not lose hope of finding a good tailor and ordering clothes from him.

Someone noticed that today in Russia all successful and rich people either sing or play music. Your husband is a real music lover: he sings and plays the guitar, sort of... Do you sing? Did you send your kids to a music school?

We don't hang out with rich people, so I don't know if they sing or what they play. We ourselves love songs. In the circle of friends, they used to sing songs by Nikitin, Sukhanov, Klyachkin and many others, songs from popular films and songs from the 70-80s to the guitar. The children went to a music school, but did not complete their studies there. Engaged in other activities. They mastered the guitar on their own. And now with pleasure they play music on this instrument.

"WE LOVE ACTIVE REST"

- Gulshat Gafurovna, it is known that in order to work well, you need to have a good rest. Where do you usually spend your holidays?

In recent years, we have alternated holidays abroad with trips to our homeland. We love skiing and therefore visited many European and Russian resorts. This year, in winter, we managed to ride in Abzakovo with children. Everyone liked it very much. The six of us, a friendly company, were moving down the mountain. Full delight!

You said that you love to relax not only in your native Bashkiria, but also abroad. The holiday season is approaching and I would like you to specifically tell about those countries that have made a strong impression on you, where you have returned more than once. Can you recommend some interesting places.

Recreation I like active in the form of cognitive tours. Was in France, Italy. I like Paris, which differs from other cities with its beautiful buildings with carved wrought-iron balconies, well-groomed parks. I liked the trip to the castles of the Loire. We looked at the old cities in Normandy: Anfleur, Rouen, Etretat, Deville and Trouville. Each city has its own sights: in Etretat - ravines in the coastal rocks and landscapes that Monet wrote. In Rouen, there is a majestic cathedral associated with the history of the trial of Joan of Arc. The medieval city of Bruges in Belgium makes a great impression, when you walk along the streets of a very beautiful town with small houses, you feel like a fairy-tale character. On trips to Italy, I remember visiting the famous Uffizi Gallery in Florence with a rich collection of paintings by Italian artists. In Russia, I was lucky to visit Baikal, in Astrakhan in the Volga Delta, to admire the flowering of lotuses. I have been to St. Petersburg many times. I know Moscow well, I love museums, manor-parks, old streets of Zamoskvorechye.

The world is becoming more transparent, people travel a lot and adopt each other's habits, their tastes become more similar. And national clothes are dying out. But recently, young women in national Muslim clothes, scarves, have begun to appear more often on the streets of Ufa. Personally, I noticed that the townspeople often look with caution at these women. Do you think it is necessary to encourage the desire of young Muslim girls to abandon national clothes forever in favor of a pan-European fashion?

I like national clothes. I would like us not to forget our roots and bring elements of the national costume into our clothes. But everything needs a measure. Such clothing should be worn where appropriate.

“WE DO NOT SEE FREQUENTLY WITH THE CHILDREN - THEY LIVE IN MOSCOW”

For many modern parents, a Russian fairy tale is relevant, where an overgrown son requires parents to feed him first to his mustache, then to his beard, etc. So it turns out that many purposeful, punchy people suddenly have lazy children. How do you think you can deal with this? Is it worth it to adopt the Western style of parenting when teenagers must, say, earn pocket money in the summer and not only?

Both rich and not very wealthy parents have lazy children, there are no patterns here. But what to do with these? Of course, children should be taught to work from childhood, from school. Summer work during the holidays is quite a good way to educate. For example, when we were children, during the holidays, we worked in a field camp without any pay. However, if there is still some kind of reward for the work, then this is not bad at all.

- Tell us about the methods of raising your children, what do they do, how often do you see them?

They raised their children normally, like everyone else, I guess. They were strict, but in moderation. They didn’t particularly indulge, they always took them with them on hikes, on river rafting, listened to music and watched movies together. Unfortunately, we do not see each other often now - they live in Moscow, adults, they already have their "halves" and work that takes a lot of time. Communicate with our countrymen. For example, they go to listen to good music in Oleg Kireev's club. Sometimes they themselves play music there, although they are not musicians.

In many Russian families, they can’t get rid of the “Soviet complex” in any way, that there can be no commodity-money relations between parents and children, that is, telling a child, they say, help your grandmother in the garden and you will get new sneakers, our people consider it immoral. What do you think about it?

Yes, I have heard and even know people who encourage children to work in this way, but this was not accepted in our family, simply because helping loved ones and working together were a matter of course. The principle of joint work was instilled in children, they tried to act by their own example. I think it's more efficient.

"WE LOVE TO GET TOGETHER FOR TEA"

Are you a good cook? Tell us about the gastronomic traditions in your family, please. Do you drink tea together? By the way, the British found that tea reduces the level of stress hormones, so it is useful for politicians to “drink tea”.

I think that I am a good cook, although not a professional, but with a lot of experience in home cooking. My family likes my food, and when I was offered to go somewhere for lunch, I often heard: “We’d better eat at home, it’s tastier at your place.” And drinking tea together is already a necessary ritual for us: we exchange impressions, news, make plans. And the president loves homemade soups, is not indifferent to dumplings and manti.

- Having moved to Ufa, you changed your occupation, circle of acquaintances - it was probably very difficult.

It is still very pleasant for me to communicate with my friends from my student days. But now my circle of acquaintances is expanding. In recent years, in Moscow, I worked in a children's clinic, so there was a desire to continue working with children in Ufa. My comrades and I managed to create the Markhamat Charitable Foundation, which has helped 2,000 children to date. There are a lot of kind and sympathetic people in our republic, for whom helping children is not an empty phrase, but a need of the soul. Thank them very much.

Life in a particular country largely depends on the personality of the first person - his character, upbringing, education, worldview. News.ru continues to talk about the biographies, families and hobbies of the leaders of the post-Soviet republics. We have already written about the heads of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan. This material is dedicated to the President of Tajikistan Emomali Sharipovich Rahmon.

From sellers to presidents

Emomali Rahmon officially bears the loud and long title "Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation" or, in short, in Tajik, "Peshvoi Millat". He was born into a peasant family in 1952 in the village of Dangara, surrounded on all sides by the picturesque mountain ranges of Pamir-Alay. Emomali became the third son of Sharif Rakhmonov and Mairam Sharifova. Father Sharif fought during the Great Patriotic War and was awarded two Orders of Glory.

After school, the future leader of the nation went to study at a vocational school as an electrician, after graduating from which he began working in his specialty at an oil plant in Kurgan-Tyube. A year later, Rahmon joined the army, served as a sailor in the Pacific Fleet for three years. After demobilization, he returned to the factory, but soon decided that his calling was to work in the economic sphere and got a job as a salesman. At the age of 24, he felt the strength to perform administrative functions and went to work in his small homeland at the Lenin State Farm. He was the secretary of the board, worked in the party committee and the trade union. In 1982, Rahmon graduated in absentia from the Faculty of Economics of the Tajik State University and became chairman of the trade union committee. At the age of 36, he was appointed director of a state farm and in this position met the collapse of the USSR.

Unlike other leaders of the Central Asian republics, Rahmon did not inherit power from the Soviet era, but was forced to fight for it. In 1992, he was elected to the Supreme Council of the republic, which had already become independent and was on the verge of a bloody civil war. A further whirlwind of political events threw Rahmon into various positions and forced him to seek a common language with various political forces. In September 1992, he became the head of the Kulyab Regional Council of People's Deputies, and in November he declared the illegitimacy of the government in Dushanbe, and was proclaimed head of the parliament of the republic by his supporters in one of the provincial cities. Soon the forces that elected Rahmon took control of the capital. After complex political maneuvering in 1994, Emomali Rahmon won the presidential election.

Influential family

The Tajik authorities guard the details of the leader's personal life. From official reports, one can only learn that Rahmon is married to a woman of about his age named Azizamo. The president's wife does not give interviews, she rarely appears in public with her husband, so journalists of the republic, accustomed to discipline, do not try to find out the details of the life of the first lady. It is only known that she has always been a housewife, and now she prefers to relax in the Sughd region, where the Bahoriston government residence is located. It was only in 2016 that a high-profile story related to her happened, when a local expert on religion, Abdullo Muhaqqiq, publicly proposed that Azizamo Rahmonova be declared the “leader of Islamic women.” The expert compared the wife of the president with the wife of the prophet Mohammed Aisha. “Azizamo, the wife of President Emomali Rahmon, the first of the Tajik Muslim women, entered the Kaaba with her daughters and was honored with this Islamic shrine. Until now, dozens of mothers and Tajik women have made the Hajj pilgrimage, but they have not entered the Kaaba,” the expert wrote in his article at the time.

There are rumors in Tajikistan that in fact the head of state, in addition to his legal wife, maintains a whole harem. Opposition websites recorded pop singers Gulra Tabarova, Nigina Amonkulova, Manizha Davlatova, television announcer Munira Rakhimova and the daughter of the republic's defense minister Diana Khairulloeva as the president's mistress, but no one could provide clear evidence of this.

Two brothers of Emomali Rahmon have already died: Fayziddin died in 1959 while doing military service on the territory of the Lviv region, Nuriddin died at the age of 68 in 2017 - according to some reports, he strongly influenced personnel policy in the highest echelons of power, although formally he always kept in the shadows.

The president himself became the ancestor of a large and influential family. Together with his wife Asiamo they have two sons and seven daughters. All marriages of the children and grandchildren of the head of state are of a pronounced dynastic nature. So, the daughter Firuza owns several construction plants and is married to Amonullo Hukumov, the son of the head of the railway. Ozoda's daughter studied in the USA, worked as a deputy foreign minister, defended her Ph.D. thesis in jurisprudence on the rights and freedoms of women in Tajikistan, and is married to Deputy Finance Minister Jamoliddin Nuraliyev. The couple have five children. In January 2016, Ozoda became the head of the presidential staff.

Rukhshona works as Deputy Head of the Department of International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she lived in London for a long time with her husband Shamsullo Sohibov, who now heads the National Winter Sports Committee. Parvina married Ashraf Gulov, the son of the Minister of Energy and Industry, and Zarina works as an announcer on national television, married to the son of the head of the communications service under the government.

The eldest son Rustam was born in 1987, graduated from the Tajik National University, studied at MGIMO, worked his way from the deputy head of customs and the president of the football federation to the head of the anti-corruption agency and the mayor of Dushanbe. He is married to the daughter of a major businessman in Tajikistan, the couple has a son and a daughter. According to some experts, Rustam should become his father's successor as president. Political analysts point out that in the 2016 constitutional referendum, citizens not only approved Emomali Rahmon's right to be elected countless times, but also lowered the minimum age for presidential candidates from 35 to 30. Thanks to the amendments, Rustam's son will be able to run for the highest office in the country in 2020.

All that is known about the youngest son Somon is that in 2012 he won a gold medal at the International Olympiad in Informatics in Bucharest.

At the end of 2017, one of Rahmon's granddaughters married the grandson of the head of the Sughd region. The marriage is remarkable in that Rahmon, who is considered a representative of the southern clans, through the wedding of his granddaughter, intermarried with a representative of the north of the country.

Collector and matchmaker

Emomali Rahmon is fond of hunting and collecting antiques. The head of state also likes to read books on historical topics and fiction. Of all the works, Abulkasym Firdousi's poem "Shahnameh" and the study of Bobojon Gafurov's "Tajiks" stand out. At the same time, literary creativity is not alien to the president himself - from his pen came the books “Tajiks in the Mirror of History”, “Independence of Tajikistan and the Revival of the Nation” and “Tajikistan and its role in solving global problems”.

Even the president sometimes deals with the arrangement of the personal lives of his fellow citizens. Last autumn, he found a wife for 23-year-old village teacher Saidro Asrorov. During Rahmon's visit to one of the villages, the teacher read poems of his own composition dedicated to the national leader. The head of state, having learned that the author of the poem was not married, presented the teacher with an alarm clock and instructed the local authorities to find a bride for him. Just 10 days later, a wedding was played in the village, a young nurse became the wife of an educator, who for some reason was stone-faced throughout the festive ceremony and never looked at her happy husband.

The information on income, property and property obligations of the President of the Republic of Belarus and members of his family includes land plots of 1750 and 3699 square meters.

Also in the property there is a residential building of 25.7 sq.m. My wife owns a Subaru Legacy Outback. In addition, the head of the region has an apartment in use - 79 square meters and a state dacha with an area of 444.8 square meters.

Scandals (rumors)

In 2011, studies showed that Rustem Khamitov is in the top 10 lobbyists of the Russian Federation (ranked 9th).

His activities were also noted by Fortune magazine, which said that Khamitov's economic policy allowed Bashkortostan to strengthen its position in the top ten among the regions of the Russian Federation. The presence of the best industrial and economic indicators confirmed this.

Also, the board of Rustem Khamitov was noted by the ExpertRA rating agency, according to a study by which Bashkortostan occupied the first position in the nomination "Minimum economic risks" in 2010-2011. Forbes magazine did not bypass the capital of the republic - the city of Ufa. According to the magazine, Ufa occupied the second position among the 30 cities of the Russian Federation in which it is best to do business (2012).

In 2013, Khamitov fell under the suspicion of law enforcement agencies and was held as a witness in the RUSHYDRO case. Khamitov was accused of falsifying the parliamentary elections at the end of 2013, in particular, the leader of the "Fair Russia" Sergei Mironov.

According to civil activists, the head of Bashkiria violated the federal and republican constitution and a number of laws, which resulted in "massive violation of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Bashkortostan." The President of Bashkiria, Rustem Khamitov, almost became the first head of the republic, in respect of whom the procedure for removal from office could be initiated (a violation of the constitution).

Social activists led by Azamat Galin in October 2013 accused the president of violating the law "On the privatization of state and municipal property" and causing damage to the republic's budget in the amount of 68 billion rubles. "when approving a major deal to merge the assets of OAO Soda and Caustic.

The lawsuit also declares that Rustem Khamitov "created risks of forest destruction and harmed the environment" by signing on August 17, 2012 an investment agreement allowing the construction of Kronospan-Bashkortostan LLC. Moreover, activists point out the violation of another law "On the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan" in connection with the illegal transfer of a blocking stake in the Ufa plant of elastic materials from the property of the republic to a private person.

Khamitov was also accused of illegally allocating funds from the republic's budget for the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Supreme Court of Bashkiria, which, according to activists, looks like bribing the court. This is in the context of the fact that Khamitov is accused of "pressure on the court." Participants in the political process in Bashkiria note that the early termination of the powers of the chairman and judge of the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa, Munir Valeev, is connected with the acquittal he handed down in July to the former Prime Minister of Bashkiria, Rail Sarbaev, a man who opposes the incumbent president. But of course the case was not opened.

After the arrival of Rustem Khamitov, corruption has greatly increased in the republic, experts' opinions are reported to the media. Moreover, often the most high-profile crimes began to be committed not only at the republican, but also at the municipal level. Not so long ago, the 51-year-old deputy head of the administration of the Baimaksky municipal district, Konstantin Zamotaev, appeared before the court on charges of malfeasance and fraud, along with his 49-year-old wife, Natalia Zamotaeva.

Since the beginning of 2013, the public debt of Bashkiria has grown by 22%, over the past three years - by 60%. If in 2010 the deficit was 6.9 billion, in 2013 it reached 17.9 billion rubles. For comparison, the first President of the Republic of Belarus Murtaza Rakhimov in 2010 transferred 38 billion rubles of free funds to the new leader of the republic on the accounts of the republican government.

The wife of the head of Bashkortostan took up arms against local media and public activists. Will she open Pandora's box with this?

With renewed vigor, a scandal with the Bashkortostan charitable foundation risks flaring up « Markhamat « , headed by Gulshat Khamitova, wife of the head of the republic Rustem Khamitov. This is reported by the correspondent of "" with reference to informed sources. The management of the fund filed a lawsuit in court for the protection of honor and dignity. The respondent in the lawsuit is the Internet portal « Proof «.

Gulshat Khamitova demands that the publication give a refutation of its April publication. The portal wrote that two Ufa public activists Almira Zhukova and Ramilya Saitova applied to the FSB with a statement, asking security officers to carefully check financial activities « Markhamata «.

In particular, the foundation is accused of hiding the money raised from charity concerts organized by it.

Gulshat Khamitova

Moreover, as the activists claimed, the fund for a long time generally concealed its financial activities from the public. The FSB promised to investigate, but the police department suddenly intervened in the situation.

One of the activists was urged to come to the police to clarify her claims. And she is seriously afraid that a criminal case will be opened against her for allegedly spreading slander.

“At this stage, we do not expect anything from law enforcement agencies. In April, we asked them to promptly respond to our application, come to a concert organized by the foundation, count the number of spectators, so that later we can compare the number of tickets sold with the foundation's reporting. This was not done,” said Ramilya Saitova.

What is "Marhamat"

The wife of Rustem Khamitov is the sole founder of the fund. Initially, it was created to help sick children. No one really knows how many children were cured thanks to the fund. But suddenly the fund began to be called educational.

Slanderers argue that by conducting training and training, it is easier to “steal” money, in medicine it is much more difficult to do this. And the fund has no shortage of money. Moreover, they say that in the republic Khamitov is not so much respected as his wife is afraid. Moreover, personnel issues, according to rumors,

As an example, activists cite an organized concert in Ufa. How much money was collected from him and where they settled, the public did not find out. « There are 716 seats in the Great Hall. With an average price of 5,000 rubles, the revenue amounted to about 3 million rubles. The proceeds from the concert are not reflected in the Fund's receipts, which indicates fraud and theft of funds. In violation of the law, the report for 2013 was not published on the Foundation's website « , - the Proufu portal quotes the statement of the public.

Gulshat Khamitova's organization had two main sponsors who poured into it multi-million sums - Ural Lotto LLC and Promtransbank. According to available documents, millions of so-called “play money” passed through the fund every year, received from the most massive lottery in Bashkiria at that time, Lotto 6 out of 40 and Joker.

In the fund itself, according to reports, a lot of money was spent on "maintenance of the apparatus" and "other expenses." The organizers of the lottery were also not in the loser. They got for "charity" preferential taxation and, presumably, the friendly disposition of the head of the republic, Rustem Khamitov. The Moscow Post portal wrote about this.

The first lady is the first lady

An amazing trend has developed (and has been for a long time) in Russia. As soon as someone occupies high government positions (minister, governor, mayor), the affairs of their wives in financial terms are creeping up sharply.

Of course, one can assume (although one categorically does not want to believe in it!), that having become officials, these same ministers simply transfer their assets to their next of kin. Himself becomes with nothing, but relatives immediately with everything.

Rustem Khamitov

But wives also often turn out to be not a mistake. Apparently, Gulshat Khamitova turned out to be one of those cunning and nosy. I took it and engaged in charitable activities. Only now, the participants in the political process in Bashkortostan had doubts, it was not without the active participation of the husband, the head of the republic.

At least Khamitov's first steps to the position of regional chief suggest these thoughts. So, first of all, he pushed through the law on guarantees for himself and relatives in the kurultai (local parliament).

Local parliamentarians, in particular, secured the right to free protection of property and housing, but also to medical and transport services, spa treatment and communication.

The wife of Mr. Khamitov also got the opportunity to accompany her husband to official ceremonies and receptions at public expense.

Foreign partners?

As you know, the husband of Gultan Khamitova, before joining the high echelons of power, worked for RusHydro. Two years ago, this company got into a very unpleasant story. Its general director Yevgeny Dod was arrested. His security officials suspected of embezzlement no less than 70 million rubles.

The siloviki were very excited by the cooperation agreement between RusHydro and Bashkortostan on the development of a small electric power industry in the republic. The collaboration involved bringing an Italian firm called Ayvest to the project.

And some rogues suddenly found out that the owner of a controlling stake in the Italian office is a certain Gulshat Khamitova. Maybe the full namesake of the leader of Bashkortostan? In life, as they say, there are many coincidences, but this is hard to believe.

From 2010 to October 2018, Rustem Khamitov was the head of Bashkiria, and his wife Gulshat was the first lady. During this time, she managed to show her influence and, of course, leave her mark on the history of Bashkiria.

About the most influential woman in Bashkiria during the reign of Rustem Zakievich - Gulshat Khamitova - in our material.

Photo: ufa-news.net

Gulshat Khamitova was born in Bashkiria. She met her future husband as a child. She studied at BSMU as a doctor. She later worked as a general practitioner. Hence the great interest in medicine in Bashkiria. This is also associated with the impact on the management of large medical institutions. Khamitova is credited with friendship with the head physician of the cardiology center Irina Nikolaeva, the head physician of the 21st hospital Gulnara Mustafina, the head physician of the 13th hospital Elsa Syrtlanova, who received their positions under Khamitov.

But the former first lady of Bashkiria is more known for her charitable activities. She was the only founder of the Markhamat Foundation. Every year, the fund was among the leaders in terms of grants won for the implementation of socially significant projects.

Aigul Gareeva, head of the fund"Markhamat". Photo: govza.ru

"Marhamat", unlike other funds, almost did not engage in medical activities, in particular, targeted assistance to sick children. More recently, the foundation has dramatically changed the scope of work, almost completely switching to educational programs and organizing concerts.

For a long time, the fund was headed by Aigul Gareeva, the niece of Rustem Khamitov. She also said that the program for helping seriously ill children is not always open to them. The main work is connected with the Center for Child Development.

In May of this year, there was a scandal with the Markhamat fund. Public activists did not find reporting on the concert held at the State Concert Hall "Bashkortostan" in December 2017, the proceeds from which amounted to about 3 million rubles. This money, in principle, was not reflected in the fund's receipts. After the public activists' statement to the FSB, Markhamat immediately published a report on the website.

This is not the first and not the only claim of the inhabitants of the republic against Mrs. Khamitova. According to rumors, charity concerts of the foundation were also held in hospitals, and the head doctors were obliged to ensure attendance at them. They say that dissenters immediately found themselves in disgrace.

What's next?

After the publication on our website of the story about the appeal of social activists, Gulshat Khamitova filed a lawsuit against the portal. In the statement of claim, she indicated the address of registration - Moscow.
