Sumy National Agrarian University has been famous for its merits for about 40 years.

The year of foundation of SNAU is considered to be 1977. It has since expanded the size of its faculties. Incoming applicants can choose specialties in the following areas:

  • Biological and technological;
  • Construction;
  • Engineering and technological;
  • veterinary medicine;

All students have a chance to attend foreign practice, which is conducted by the university. This practice takes place in Denmark, Australia, USA, Poland and other partner countries of the university.

Students are selected according to the following criteria:

  • a good level of foreign language proficiency;
  • possession of a driver's license;
  • successful training in SNAU.

The presence of foreign experience will make it possible to get the desired job without any difficulties in any Ukrainian or other company.

In order for students to have the opportunity to fully show themselves, there are sports, vocal, dance and theater classes on the basis of the university. This helps to complement the unforgettable student years, as well as socially activate students. Communication between students and teachers in an informal setting helps to establish psychological contact for both parties.

The University complies with state requirements and supports anti-corruption policy. There are conversations with teachers and students about bribes and the consequences that they can bring.
