Cream. In order to protect yourself from the negative effects of sunlight, you need to use special creams with SPF (protection factor). They are able to keep moisture inside the skin, protect against excessive penetration of UV rays. Depending on the type of skin and the activity of the sun, there are creams with an activity of 3 to 50. This index varies depending on how well the protection occurs. For example, for people with fair skin during the most active phase of the sun, creams with an SPF index of 30-40 are needed, or even all 50. If your skin is dark and you are going to sunbathe during the safest hours for this, a cream with a value of 10, 12, or 15.

Some believe that the use of glycerin or other oils has a beneficial effect on moisture retention. This is a pure lie! Such creams will not only not protect the skin from dryness, but will directly contribute to the occurrence of burns! Glycerin, like a mirror, will attract rays to itself and increase their strength several times. Only special creams can be used to preserve the attractiveness of the skin, so before you go to the beach, check if your protective cream has an SPF label, otherwise just leave it at home and go to the store for another product.

After finding the right sun protection product, you can lubricate the skin of the body. Pay special attention to the chest, shoulders and nose, as these are the areas most often exposed to sunburn. In pursuit of a beautiful, even tan, do not try to smear the body with a thick layer of cream - this is absolutely useless! The best option is to apply the cream once every half an hour. Under the influence of the sun and sweat, the protective properties of this product quickly disappear, so the risk of burns increases every minute. Don't skimp on sunscreen! Believe me, this price is much less than the funds that will be required to eliminate the burn after sunbathing!

Glasses and a hat. While sunbathing, you should take care not only of the skin of the body, but also of the skin of the face. The area under the eyes is the most sensitive and rapidly aging, and under the influence of rough rays, it instantly becomes dry, wrinkled, freckles or moles may even appear. They have in their composition a special substance that increases the production of melanin, which is why skin pigmentation occurs at a faster pace, and you get a beautiful skin tone. Stimulant creams marked "ting" are only allowed to be used by people with dark skin, as it causes faster blood circulation and melanin production, which can cause allergic reactions in fair-skinned people.

Diet for a beautiful tan

In order to get a beautiful, rich and quick tan, you can not only lie in the sun for hours, but also introduce special foods into the diet that contribute to greater production of melanin. These products include: carrots, peaches, apples, cherries, beets - in general, everything that has a red tint.

Very useful advice: before you go to the beach, eat two large carrots - your friend will be amazed that your tan turned out to be more attractive than hers! The whole secret is in beta-carotene, which provokes the production of melanin, so in order to properly tan, you also need to eat right!
