The Department of Transport and Communications of the City Council informs that on January 10, 2017, the decision of the executive committee of the city council dated September 28, 2016 No. 419 “On approval of the network of public city bus routes” comes into force.

According to this decision, from January 10, 2017, the existing network of bus routes in the city will be changed.

1. Bus routes are being eliminated:

No. 28 "Station - st. Tychina »

No. 34 "Station - Avtodetal Plant"

No. 38 "Station - Siveryanka"

2. Bus routes No. 26 “st. Eskova - Yatsevo" and No. 32" st. Volkovich - Technological University" in one - No. 26 "st. Volkovich - Yatsevo."

Route: st. Volkovicha - st. Mikhalevich - st. Eskova - st. Letnaya (Krasnogvardeyskaya) - Mira Avenue - st. Heroes of Chernobyl - st. 77th Guards Divisions - 1st May st. - st. Generala Belov - st. Pukhova - st. Dotsenko - st. Rokossovsky - st. Shevchenko - st. Klenovaya - Yatsevo (to the final one).

Bus route No. 26 “st. Volkovich - Yatsevo" will be served by the State Enterprise "Passservice" OJSC "Chernigovavtoservice" with buses with a capacity of more than 19 seats in the amount of 16 units.

At the same time, bus route No. 32 “st. Volkovich - Technological University" is being liquidated.

3. Bus routes No. 25 “Dental Clinic - Khimvolokno” and No. 31 “St. Odintsova - st. Tsiolkovsky ", in one - No. 25 "street. Defenders of Ukraine - Khimvolokno"

Route: st. Defenders of Ukraine - st. Rokossovsky - st. Shevchenko - st. Molodechy - Pobedy Ave. - Mira Ave. - st. V. Chernovola (Voikova) - st. I. Bogun - st. Lyubechskaya - st. Repkinskaya - st. Dneprovskaya - st. Popova - st. Tekstilshchikov - st. D. Samokvasova (Stakhanovtsev) - st. Tsiolkovsky - Mr. "Astra" - Khimvolokno.

Route No. 25 “st. Defenders of Ukraine - Khimvolokno" will be served by the enterprise SE "Passervis" OJSC "Chernigovavtoservice" with buses with a capacity of more than 35 seats in the amount of 14 units.

At the same time, bus route No. 31 “st. Odintsova - st. Tsiolkovsky" is being liquidated.

4. Changes are being made to the traffic patterns of bus route No. 3 “Prospekt Mira - Dacha (Kienka)”— it is extended from Mira Ave. to the Epicenter stop.

Route: s. Kienka - M. Kotsyubinskoe highway - st. I. Mazepa - Pobeda Ave. - Mira Ave. - st. Kyiv - st. 77 Guards Division - st. 1st May - st. Belova - Epicenter.

The Chernigov bus station is conveniently located in the central part of the city. Its proximity to the railway station makes it a convenient transit point for long-distance travel. Passengers from trains can quickly change from rail to wheeled transport and continue their journey. Since there are several bus stations in the city, to avoid confusion, the authorities decided to call the Chernigov bus station “Chernigov No. 1”.

Built in the spirit of Khrushchev architecture, with even corners, a sloping roof and huge windows, which were later replaced with plastic ones. Over the past few years, during renovations, it has been painted orange or dark yellow. Tall red letters at roof level help definitively identify the building.

The simple-looking structure has everything necessary to service the flow of people moving:

The convenient geographical location of the city allows you to send buses to the capital of Ukraine. This is a frequent and popular route along the M 01 highway. The same route serves as a route to Belarusian Gomel. The departure interval of buses to Kyiv is from 20 to 40 minutes. Up to 5 flights are available daily to Slavutich, Gorodnya, Korop. Buses depart to Zhitomir twice a day. The Dnepropetrovsk and Sumskoye directions are served by up to four flights daily.

Transport for transporting passengers depends on the direction. For long trips, Mercedes and Neoplan are available, whose German quality is well known. The commission, which was created by the new city mayor Vladislav Atroshenko, redrawn the network of bus routes and is currently awaiting proposals and comments on these changes in the transport and communications department of the City Council.

Members of the commission believe that the need to reform the city's road transport network is caused by a number of reasons: changes in passenger flows, changes in points of attraction (location of enterprises, cultural and educational institutions, etc.).
