Clean up the registry. It is not recommended to do this process yourself. Deleting or repairing important files may cause the system to fail. Before you start cleaning the registry, just check the restore point. To do this, open properties, go to the "" tab, select the system drive and click "create".
To clean the registry, it is best to use special programs. The leaders in this area are the utilities RegCleaner and CCleaner. Launch one of these programs and click "verify". After scanning, you will be prompted to delete junk files.

In the general list, you need to select those files that you want to completely destroy. The removal procedure itself is as follows. Having selected the documents you are looking for, right-click on any of them. The Properties section will open. In this section, you need to execute the command to delete documents by selecting the "Delete" option. Next, you must confirm the deletion by clicking on the "Yes" button.
You can also delete the required documents without resorting to the file properties. To do this, you need to select the fragments to be deleted, after which, press the "Delete" button located on the keyboard. During the process of destroying files, you will also have to confirm their deletion by clicking the appropriate button in the action confirmation form.
After you delete files from your computer, they will be moved to the trash. From here you can always restore the document you need that has been deleted. If you want to erase the information completely, empty the trash by clicking the appropriate button in this folder. Also, the trash can be emptied through the folder properties - click on its shortcut, after which, execute the "Empty trash" command.

Quick Format will erase only the names of files, folders and directories, i.e. visually you won't see them, but in fact they will remain in place and it will not be difficult for a specialist to make everything readable. Check and make sure that all your data is destroyed, except for what you copied to another medium and disconnected it from the system. Restart your computer. That's all.
