Wildberries can truly be called giant hypermarket, despite the fact that it positions itself as a clothing and shoe store. What is not for sale here... I can highlight the main sections, but each of them has many more subsections:

Perhaps I have never seen so many convenient payment methods in any online store.

  • What distinguishes Wildberries from most stores is absolutely useless to look for promotional codes on third-party sites, because they are all collected on the main page of the store itself and are updated at least once a day, and usually even more often. Therefore, a promotional code published somewhere yesterday is already won't work.

  • Typically, promotional codes apply to certain groups of products and can range from 3 to 70%, most often you can find 15-30% . Such codes do not apply to products with special icons, electronics and some brands. More than one promotional code cannot be applied to one order. Promotional codes are combined with already existing discounts on products, which can sometimes be very profitable.

  • In addition to publicly available promotional codes, there are also personal promotional codes, which the system sends to your personal account every 3-6 days. Such codes may be on 5-25% , and they apply to EVERYTHING except products with icons and exceptions in the form of several brands. Those who haven't bought for a long time can come codes are all 30%- these come in SMS to my friend, who registered and does not order anything. It’s a pity that promotional codes are individual and don’t work on other people’s accounts.

  • Discounts in the mobile application - most often you can save 3-5% in the application compared to ordering through the website. The application itself sometimes pleases with all sorts of fun things:

  • Prostokvashino + Wildberries. A promotion in which, upon registration, 4 codes from Prostokvashino products are given verbatim "Certificate for 500 rubles from Wildberries". In fact, this “certificate” is a promotional code for 500 rubles for a purchase from a special section of the site. To be honest, this action made me extremely disappointed: firstly, it turned out to be a very difficult task to register with Prostokvashino, the site constantly freezes, then several codes went “nowhere”, because, it turns out, it was necessary to register codes only by clicking on letters, and before that you also had to scroll through the entire site and find the button about agreement with the rules (which I only learned from discussions on VK. In a special section, either complete substandard with bad reviews ( leaky rubber boots, awkwardly fitting clothes of poor quality, etc.) and even among substandard ones, unsaleable sizes; either highly specialized goods or children's products (not everyone has children, by the way). I updated the catalog several times a day for a month, but I never saw anything cheaper than 900-1000. In addition, the code for 500 rubles, of course, cannot be combined with any other promotional codes for a discount. By the way, it’s funny that in this section I find things for 5-10 thousand rubles, which are always eligible for 30-50% promotional codes from the main page, I wasn’t even too lazy to check (see photo below). The question is, who in their right mind would order such a thing with a discount of 500 rubles? But there will probably be those who don’t know about all the World Bank’s promotions and will still order just that way. As a result, I ordered my mother two pairs of sandals for 1000 each (by chance, she has the same slow-selling size). None of the pairs matched. When I began to figure out how to restore the promotional codes spent on two orders, it turned out that the promotional codes, or rather, certificates for 500 rubles from Prostokvashino, as they themselves position it, are not being restored! Those. I ordered it, it didn’t fit/I didn’t like it/it was defective - it’s my own fault, the certificate cannot be returned. So, I join those who are disappointed like me (and there is a huge topic in the VK group where they discuss this) and I say with confidence - WB+Prostokvashino promotion is a complete scam! And I don’t recommend anyone to participate in it.

Placing an order

Placing an order at Wildberries is intuitive; it’s more difficult to figure out the status of the order later.

What do order statuses mean?

At first I was surprised by the strange scheme: when placing an order, and then in your personal account, you can select a delivery date. BUT - ATTENTION! Order is not the same as Delivery! Those. If you have made several orders, they may be processed for one delivery.

And if you indicated a specific day, then you must pick up your order on it, otherwise the operator will call you and ask you to choose another day of delivery (shipment). And if you missed choosing a day, then you will no longer be able to select the current day (if the order is already at the point), to do this you will have to call the operator.

Reserve- you have placed an order, the goods are still in stock or on the way.

Ready for shipment- order at the pick-up point, you can pick it up on the date you choose. To be honest, when I first ordered this, I was very confused, and I thought that the order was “ready for shipment” from the warehouse, and I waited and waited, and would have waited like that if it weren’t for the operator’s call about choosing a pickup day.

Attention! Wildberries does not send any notifications about the completion of the order to the pickup point either by SMS or by phone, only by mail. Only if you do not arrive on the appointed day, the operator will call you. So keep track of everything yourself.

Delivery

  • Express delivery. It's hard to believe, but delivery in most cases free even if the ransom is refused. IN any settlement except for a couple of exceptions. This is incredibly convenient, and, perhaps, no other store offers such conditions. I only used this method twice, since I hadn’t even tried before - I just didn’t believe that they wouldn’t demand an additional amount from me, especially if I refused. But they really didn’t demand it. They delivered it the very next day after placing the order. However, instead of the expected delivery time from 16 to 20 hours, the courier arrived at 9 am both times, which is surprising, considering that the earliest working time for couriers is 11 am. Still, you have to pay something for such convenience.

  • Pickup points. Delivery to pick-up points is also absolutely free, that's why I love Wildberries. In St. Petersburg, goods are always delivered within two days, no longer. The points themselves are located in a huge number of cities.

  • What I don’t like is that at some points the shelf life of the order is 10 days, and at most - only 4 days even with prepayment, which is often not enough. For example, all points are quite far from my home, and I am not always able to find time within 4 days to come pick up an order. And the discounts are like sugar, if you don’t catch them, they’ll fly away!

All points are arranged in the same way. The items have soft poufs and fitting cabins, however, you won’t be able to try it on normally - in any case, the employees will be watching you, and this, after all, puts pressure. As far as I know from the reviews on the site (I haven’t checked it myself), trying on lingerie, bodysuits and home clothes is not allowed, but swimsuits are allowed.

I have no complaints about the items themselves, I have complaints about the employees. At one of the points I was asked every time pay for orders although they were all prepaid. I had to figure it out. In another, they never asked for a passport, although, again, all orders were prepaid - you never know who can pick them up, given that it is enough to give only your last name. In the third, employees are constantly unhappy and almost throw goods, which may be fragile. Again, each point has its own requirements: in one they ask you to sign in your journals, in another they do not require anything, in the third they require you to detach the invoices from the packages and sign on them, which is not very convenient, especially if there are a lot of orders.

With every order they give "free" branded plastic bag, in our house there is already a real mountain of them! I think that this could have been handled differently - make the packages paid, and exclude their cost from the order (I suspect that this is at least 3 rubles for each item). It’s better for nature, and the order is cheaper; whoever needs it will buy it separately.

Returns and exchanges

The store does not provide the best return option, because when returning a prepaid item, the money is returned only to personal account Wildberries. And from a personal account you can only pay 100% of the purchase, therefore, in order to spend all the money from the LAN, you need to buy exactly the same amount as is on it. Returns are possible by courier (for a fee) and to pickup points. No exchange possible. Those. If the size doesn’t fit, but you like the item, you return it and buy again, but most often this is unprofitable due to one-day promotions. If you return a product of good quality without defects, then a percentage of the purchase price will be deducted from you. In the same way, a return is considered to be a paid order that is not picked up on time. You cannot extend the order period or re-order at the same discount price.

Description of goods

This is all my pain, because on Wildberries the description does not always correspond to reality, sometimes expectations and reality do not coincide. Sometimes odd things like this even happen:

Mostly problems arise with the sizes of clothes and shoes, which is what I also encountered. But sometimes you can find problems with the name...

And even with the composition:

Any cosmetic product on the site has the same composition - water + cosmetic base, rarely when a couple of other components appear. Agafya for 99 rubles and the product for 3,600 have the same composition, so why pay more?

I ordered a plush owl. What caused bewilderment was that the owlet’s name on the website is listed as Swoops, but in reality he turned out to be Owliver. For many, this can be a big disadvantage, because children collect these toys by name.

Keyword in the title - gift. I got it dented packaging that is in no way suitable for a gift. I bought it for myself, so, of course, I took it, but I would have been ashamed to give something like this as a gift.

All the products are amazing, for me they are must-haves. Last summer they began to disappear from store shelves and pharmacies, and by the fall they had completely disappeared. I was so glad when I discovered this line at Wildberries in winter! Immediately after starting use, the quality of problem skin improved significantly.

Worst purchase ever. I bought it out of desperation when my beloved peeling StopProblems was nowhere. Since I don’t use scrubs, I decided to look for an enzyme peeling. Medical Collagen did something terrible to my face, after one application the skin became lumpy, after three it was all in large abscesses that did not ripen for more than two weeks. I decided that it was temporary and continued to use it. Now after this exacerbation I have small scars on my face that were not there before! I will never recommend it to anyone. A most disgusting product, with zero peeling effect.
