You've put too much weight on the hero. Upgrade the parameter Physical strength or remove some equipment from the character. Equipment weight is displayed in the center or right in the characteristics menu. Up to 40 you can tumble quickly.

  • How and where to find Loretta?

IN Undead settlements from the second fire, go to the house, where you will first be attacked by creatures with bags on their heads that are hiding under the ceiling. There on the balcony there will be a corpse hanging in a bag with a glowing light. Hit it with a sword or shoot the rope with an arrow. The corpse will fall to the ground - in the area next to the large fire, where the first preacher (a fat woman with a book and a club) stands. Take the item - bone Loretta. Give it to the thief in fire temple.

  • Why do characters sometimes disappear after talking?

They teleport to Fire Temple. There you can also find the thief who gave you the quest with Loretta. The heroes are sitting in different parts of the temple, so look carefully.

  • The game is too difficult. How to make Dark Souls 3 easier?

The game does not have a difficulty level, but you can try playing as a mage or archer. The enemies who have surrendered are not as dangerous as they were up close.

  • How to use magic?

Equip a staff and a talisman or pyromancer's flame in the weapon slot in your inventory to create spells, miracles or pyromancy (+ damage that is distributed between them). Switching weapons is placed on the cross. The magic must first be memorized at the fire.

  • What do they give? bonfires? What are they needed for?

Bonfires are points for restoring health and estus flasks (first aid kits). They are also the point of resurrection of the hero after death. They can be used as teleports - and go to other already open fires. Bonfires also remove negative statuses, including poison and worms attached to the character.

  • How to upgrade an Estus Flask?

Find special pieces of flasks in locations and give them away to the blacksmith Andre. The strength of estus can also be increased by using burning bone fragment at the stake in fire temple. They are also searched at locations.

  • How to expand the assortment in the store of the grandmother in red in the Fire Temple?

You need to find a special ashes and bring them to your grandmother. Then the number of items for sale will increase - including keys to open certain doors.

  • How to play cooperative?

Use White chalk, which can be bought from the grandmother in red to be summoned to another world and help the player of that world pass the boss or a difficult section of the location. It is best to leave your inscriptions near the fog towards the boss or near the fire.

If you want help, then you need to be in a state of burning (there are characteristic traces of fire on the hero’s clothes). To ignite, kill the boss or use coal. Only after this will you be able to see the marks of people who want to be called into your world. Friendly marksman - white or yellow.

To play with a friend, you can add a password to the network menu in the settings during the game. In this case, the game will find only those people who have set themselves the same password.

Please note that for co-op you must be of approximately the same level, and the boss of the location must be alive. After defeating the boss, the assistants are sent back to their world, and summoning in this zone no longer works.

  • How to banish a dark phantom?

Kill him or enter the boss.

  • Where to get titanite and others stones for upgrading weapons?

Stones drop from monsters, especially well in the Farron Citadel and other locations. Unique stones are easier to obtain by killing special unique lizards.

To increase the likelihood of stones and other items falling out, upgrade the parameter Luck.

  • In location Undead Settlement Huge arrows are falling on me. What to do?

Run through that zone and go to the very top of the tower - talk to the huge archer there - this way you can make peace. After which he will help you, aiming only at enemies.

  • I hear a voice in the tower knight Katarina, but I don’t see him. What to do?

Jump halfway up to the intermediate floor - the knight you need will be sitting there. If you talk to him and jump down to the fiery mini-boss, he will help you. The exit from the location is through the roof of one of the buildings - you can fall to the level below, and from there to the neighboring tower.

Walkthrough Dark Souls 3 as a warrior requires patience. At first, the character is a weak fighter, but in skillful hands he will turn into a merciless destroyer. To kill Judge Gundir, you must understand what he is capable of. The first phase is simple - the monster makes three blows, then straightens up and stands motionless for several seconds. When the boss has less than half health left, he will turn into a monster. To finish off the creature, move to a safe distance and start shooting with a bow, throwing bombs, etc. If you want to finish off the monster yourself, try to get around it from behind.

Warrior or knight

Externally, the characters are similar, they have the same armor and even shields. The difference lies in the weapons. The first one prefers to cut monsters with axes, and the second one uses one-handed swords. Playing Dark Souls 3 as a melee fighter is a challenge. If other classes know how to attack from a distance, then this character always fights on the front line. It's time to learn about the main characteristics, after pumping them up in battle your character will have no equal.

Main characteristics

  • Strength – increases damage dealt and allows you to carry heavy weapons;
  • Durability – is responsible for the endurance that is necessary for rolling, attacking, running, etc.;
  • Dexterity – increases damage from some weapons, and also allows you to pick up a bow. nine agility points. For a bow you need 14.

Reset characteristics

The best way to upgrade a warrior is to reset unnecessary characteristics. You already know what you need to download, it’s time to understand why you have to give up. You can redistribute points only after becoming acquainted with Rosaria and joining her covenant. You can only do this five times per game. Before you shed your intellect, faith and learning, you need to find the pale tongue. It is quite difficult to get it. If you want, invade other worlds and kill gamers, or if you want, farm an item using dark spirits.

Starting equipment

Leveling up a warrior in Dark Souls 3 depends on your style. You can transform into an impenetrable tank or become a tough damage dealer. The character begins his existence with good luck. She will help you knock out strong armor from Lothric's servants and a cool ax from huge soldiers. How to upgrade a warrior depends only on you, but his purpose is to deal with monsters with a few hits.

Legendary axes

The best weapon for a warrior can be found near a fire-breathing dragon. Before the battle, stock up on bows and arrows. Your task is to shoot in the head until the path to the stairs opens. Once up, try to jump off behind the dragon. Here you will see a mimic pretending to be a chest. Kill him and take the legendary Abyssal Axe, which deals dark damage.

The rest of the game will depend on how you decide to level up your character. Below we will look at the Knight build, which will simplify the passage of the game even for beginners. Let's figure out why this build is so effective.

Let's start by choosing the Knight class in Dark Souls 3 for your starting character. This allows you to start the game with a good balance of melee oriented stats. Magic classes are at a disadvantage most games. This is due to the low increase in damage from Intelligence and Faith. At the same time, others primary classes, focused on close combat, start with worse equipment than the Knight.
The Knight's initial characteristics give him a chance to survive in case of error. High health points and damage reduction save you from one-shots of powerful enemies and various special attacks.
At the same time, the Knight is an extremely flexible and versatile character in the game. His shield will allow you to absorb damage from strong attacks from enemies, and arrows will not pose a threat to you. Despite your large shield and heavy armor, you still have the ability to dodge roll attacks. The weight carried by the Knight is medium to heavy, which allows the use of a roll, which will make it easier to pass most bosses. If you are sure that you will not block attacks with a shield, then take Long sword in both hands, so you can deal more damage.

Starting Equipment

The Knight in Dark Souls 3 has access to the Longsword from the very beginning - a weapon that has an excellent attack animation, and in the future can be improved to deal more damage. The longsword has a quick transition between one-handed and two-handed styles. Of course, this sword is inferior to other weapons in the later stages of the game, but it will serve well in the beginning until you get more powerful weapons. In other words, you shouldn’t spend a lot of ingredients on pumping it up.

The Knight is also initially given the Knight's Shield, which blocks 100% damage and has average weight. This shield is almost the best in the entire game, while other classes need to spend at least 6 hours before they get something that matches its characteristics.
And finally, you are given Knight armor, which is the best in the entire game, strong balance of physical defense, magic damage reduction and average weight requirement. This armor set will last you at least 15 hours and is second to none in its weight range.

Feature Priority

1. The main priority should be directed towards Vitality and Strength. Life force will provide you with a large supply of health, which will help you survive critical moments of the game. Meanwhile, Strength is your main stat, enhancing your damage output.
2. Invest points in Fortitude to increase your Endurance points when they become scarce. If you start to run out of Stamina while blocking, rolling, or finishing a combo, Fortitude should help make your life easier by increasing your maximum Stamina pool. The minimum required at the beginning of your journey in Dark Souls is 18-20 points in Fortitude.
3. Distribute points into Physical Power, which will help you carry heavier weapons and armor. The most powerful weapon and armor in the game burden you with a lot of weight, which reduces the effectiveness of the roll (somersault) due to the load of more than 70%. Upgrade Physical Power as a solution.
4. [Optional] Allocate points to Dexterity if you prefer weapons that are Dexterity or Refined. Despite the fact that Strength is the main characteristic that increases damage, everyone has their own preferences in weapons. You'll need to invest stat points to increase your Dexterity damage if you're aiming to use an appropriate weapon or a weapon that equalizes your stat requirements, such as the Ornate. Alternatively, you can harden a weapon with stone to increase its damage from other stats, but the stat requirements for carrying that weapon remain the same.
5. [Optional] Distribute points into Faith to support in close combat with the spells of the priest (priest). Magic in particular isn't very effective unless you invest a lot of points into magic stats, but Faith can be a great secondary stat if you prefer to use holy powers.

Characteristics distribution

How you distribute your stat points determines what weapon you will use. You may prefer a “Strength” weapon, such as a Butcher Knife, or even an Ornate weapon, which will use both Strength and Dexterity to gain bonuses. Example - Mercenary Scimitars. Given that almost any weapon can be tempered to take advantage of bonuses from other stats, it is important to allocate points to the tertiary stats needed to be able to pick up the weapon, and then start investing in the primary stats.
Suppose you decide to go for a Strength build, then you need to stick to the following characteristics. Note that Strength and Dexterity are highlighted in red here to indicate how many points to spend on these stats depending on the weapon and bonuses you're targeting.

Level: 30
Vitality: 18
Scholarship: 10
Durability: 17
Physical Power: 15
Strength: 22
Agility: 12
Intelligence: 9
Faith: 9
Luck: 7

Level: 50
Vitality: 26
Scholarship: 10
Durability: 20
Physical Power: 16
Strength: 30
Agility: 12
Intelligence: 9
Faith: 9
Luck: 7

Once you reach 40 Vitality, you should start investing points into Physical Power to be able to equip heavier equipment. Having large reserves of health points will only be effective if you can fully heal them with an Estus Flask, without additional uses. Therefore, how you balance Vitality, Physical Might, and Toughness from mid to late game depends on how well your Estus Flask is upgraded. It should be noted that heavy armor is less effective than in previous games in the series, but still allows for additional damage reduction.

Most weapons whose damage increases with strength are two-handed swords and large axes, which in turn have a slow attack and heavy weight. You can certainly use this type of weapon, but for a beginner they are quite difficult to master.
You'll want to stick with the Long Sword until you get to the High Wall of Lothric. Here you will find the Broadsword, on a corpse next to the second bonfire. The broadsword has a little best characteristics and will serve you faithfully throughout the entire part of the game associated with the Undead Settlement.
If you like weapons that pack a punch, you'll want to get your hands on the Claymore found near the Fire Breathing Dragon on the High Wall of Lothric. It's easy two-handed sword, which can be used effectively both in one hand and in two hands. You might want to take the Uchigatana, which is a parry weapon and a this moment is one of the most popular. For purely power builds, there is a Butcher Knife, which will heal you a little after each kill. If you like axes, then the Deep Ax (darkforged) is effective for most of the game. For lovers of polearms - the Astor Spear.

By the end of the Undead Settlement stage of the game, you will receive the Irithyll Sword after killing the Irithyll Legionnaire Knight. This weapon is very powerful, similar to the Long Sword, and will serve you well throughout the game if you like the fast attacks of straight swords. He has the ability of an ice bite, which slows down the regeneration of Stamina in enemies, and for each level of pumping, his performance increases significantly. The only drawback of the sword is that to upgrade it, it requires Shimmering Titanite, which is a rather rare material. It scales up to 200+ damage faster than the Broadsword, and the ice bite is a great addition.
Towards the end of the game, when you have already started pumping up your Physical Power, you may decide to use something heavier, for example, a Zweihander, or two-handed hammers. Or any other heavy weapon. It's up to you to decide, because there are so many different weapons available in the game, there is something for everyone.

Armor

The Knight Set is extremely powerful armor, but you may find that its resistance to magic damage is insufficient and you will want to replace it. The first thing you need to do before equipping heavier armor is to obtain the Ring of Havel, which can be exchanged for the soul of the Lost Demon, an item obtained from the mini-boss in Farron Keep. You may need to invest a few points in Physical Strength, depending on the armor you choose.

First, as an upgrade, the Armor of the Lothric Knight will be available to you. This armor set drops from the Knights of Lothric (knights with red helmets). Each piece of the set has a fairly low drop rate, so you'll want to use a Rusty Coin to increase your drop rate. This armor has slightly more damage reduction and balance, but the magic damage reduction is already noticeable than that of the Knight's Armor.
During the story, towards the middle of the game, you can try to knock out the Silver Knight Set, Gundir Set, or purchase the Exile Set. This all adds up to a lot of work, so you'll need to invest points into Physical Power to wear this type of armor.
And finally, we were given the opportunity to get Havel's Set. This armor is extremely heavy and provides the most protection, making it the ultimate reward and the obvious choice for those looking to level up Physical Might.

Bottom line

This build is intended for players who are looking for a simple and effective method leveling up and passing the game. Of course, it won't suit everyone, but we've left room for change for those who prefer Dexterity or Fine weapon builds, or those who want to use Faith-based spells. With this build, we were able to kill some of the hardest bosses in the game without taking more than three tries. Good luck on your adventures in the world of Dark Souls 3!

The hardest part of any Dark Souls is not the boss battles and trying not to die, but the choice of how exactly you will play IT. I can’t tell you how many times I went on a binge, thinking about what skill to level up, or what character class to choose. There is no easy to understand list of options in the game. And if the game has serious problems, then the main one does not change: Dark Souls does not explain anything to us. Knight

Initial characteristics

Recommendation for starting gifts for the Knight
Gold coin: The Knight has the most low rate luck, among all classes, and therefore a very low drop chance. With this Gift you can farm the Winged Knight on the wall of Lothric, from which the halberd drops. In the same region there are enough Lothric Knights from whom you can farm good armor and shield.
How to play as a Knight
Shield and sword: This is one of two classes that start the game with 100% physical damage block. The Knight is best suited for blocking attacks, and waiting for a long time for the enemy to open up.
How to download the Knight
● Stamina: Blocking attacks drains stamina, and it replenishes more slowly while you block attacks.
● Physical strength: in order not to receive a debuff on rolling speed while wearing heavy armor, you must maintain the character's load less than 70% of the maximum.
● Strength: battles with a shield and sword involve equally blocking and attacking, so you need to level them up equally.

Claymore: Buy 99 arrows from the Temple Maid in Firelink Shrine. Once you find the longbow on the Wall of Lothric, move towards the huge dragon. There, find a place where he cannot reach you with fire, and methodically shoot him with a bow. You won't be able to kill him, but you can scare him off by shooting about 70 arrows at him. Will fall from the dragon big piece titanite After he flies away, search the area where he was sitting, and there you will find a Claymore in one of the corners.
