Nemiriv College of Construction and Architecture of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University was created as a construction technical school in December 1945 to train construction technicians with a specialty in Industrial and Civil Construction.
From 1945 to 1954, the technical school was subordinated to the Department for Agricultural and Collective Farm Construction under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, from 1955 to 1957 - to the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction of the RSFSR, from 1957 to 1973 - to the Ministry industrial construction Ukrainian SSR, from 1973 to 1986 - the Ministry of Rural Construction of the Ukrainian SSR, since 1986 - the Ministry Agriculture, currently - the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. In 2003, the technical school became part of the Vinnytsia State Agrarian University, as a separate structural subdivision, and from December 1, 2009 it was given the status of a college.
The college is licensed to provide complete general secondary education.
From the beginning of its existence educational institution trained more than 8,000 junior specialists for National economy, which enjoy authority both in Ukraine and in countries near and far abroad.
Security educational process
College teachers and students take an active part in international scientific and practical conferences.
The composition of teachers and their qualification level make it possible to ensure sufficient high level student learning.
The college has 12 laboratories, 26 classrooms, training workshops, and three personal computer laboratories.
The workshops consist of 8 workshops, where they can simultaneously perform practical work 120-150 people. Here students receive working professions:
- plasterer,
- painter,
- roofer,
- carpenter,
- locksmith,
- gas boiler operator,
- computer typing operator, etc.
The college has an educational and practical center, where workers in 13 professions are trained, district and regional workers undergo retraining and improve their skills, and practical training is provided for students from other educational institutions of Ukraine. There are corresponding licenses for this from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
A scientific and technical council has been created at the college, which includes teachers of special subjects. Members of the scientific and technical council of the college conduct scientific research and research. More than 50 objects were designed and built according to the original projects of college teachers and students.
Teachers of the institution take part in a competition held by the NMC (Nemeshayevo) and the regional methodological association for the best methodological work. In 2009, two college graduation projects were awarded diplomas from the All-Ukrainian competition of diploma projects "Architect of the 21st Century", conducted by the Spanish company "URSA", using insulation materials in the design of buildings. One project took second place in this competition.
Nemirovsky Construction College has fairly stable contractual ties with the Kyiv State technical university construction and architecture, the Odessa State Academy of Construction and Architecture, the Kyiv Zonal Research Institute of Experimental Design, which allows for the training of specialists and the reduction of their training period; organize advanced training for college teachers and improve educational and methodological support for the educational process.
The population of the educational institution is 540 full-time students and 190 part-time students. 75% of them are trained at the expense of the state budget.
On the basis of the college there is a training and consulting center of the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in the specialty "Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation" (correspondence course with a shortened period of study for college graduates).
Students have access to:
- Dining room for 80 seats and a buffet;
- 100% provision of hostel;
- A library with a total library collection of 54.3 thousand items.
To organize extracurricular work and leisure for students, there are sports sections, amateur art clubs, subject clubs, excursions to international exhibitions “Construction and Architecture”, etc. are organized.
Cooperation
College graduates have the opportunity to continue their studies at Vinnitsa National Agrarian University, Lviv National Agrarian University, National University "Lviv Polytechnic", Odessa state academy construction and architecture, Dnepropetrovsk National University railway transport, Ukrainian Academy of Railway Transport (Kharkov).
Employment
After graduating from college, students receive directions for employment. The distribution of graduates is carried out in accordance with existing regulatory documents. Graduates are sent to places of order for base and contract enterprises and organizations.

General information about

From 1991 to the present, the college is headed by Molodykh Valery Leonidovich - Excellence in Education of Ukraine, Excellent Student agricultural education Ukraine, III degree, corresponding member of the Academy of Construction of Ukraine, awarded the Badge of Honor of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. Having gone through a long and difficult path from a student at the Nemirovsky Construction College to its director, he makes a lot of effort to develop his educational institution, the result of which is that the educational institution entrusted to him takes 2nd place among universities of І-II qualification levels of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine in the specialization “Construction” " In addition, L. Molodykh actively conducts research work and is the author of more than 50 individual projects public buildings and structures.
The population of the educational institution includes 384 full-time students and 78 part-time students. 94% of them receive education from the state budget. The college has a student government, a trade union organization of students, on whose initiative leisure activities for students are organized.
The educational and material structure of the college ensures high-quality training of specialists: students are educated in 26 classrooms, 12 classrooms, educational workshops and educational training grounds. The institution has three modern computer classes, a canteen, and a gym. All students are provided with a hostel.
The college is a permanent participant in the annual exhibition of best practices of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine. Students make models of buildings, working models of instruments, machines, mechanisms, visual aids, and participate in research work. The college has 23 subject clubs.
The college has a certificate for the right to provide complete general secondary education.
