Meat in kefir (ala kebab)

Take half a kilogram of poultry meat, cut it into cubes and pour a glass of kefir. Salt, pepper well, shake and refrigerate for an hour.

Cut one onion into rings, and grate the garlic. In a well-heated frying pan, fry the onion and garlic and when they begin to blush, add the meat, but without the marinade.
