Technological and economic department

Training of junior specialists in bakery, confectionery and pasta production, and the production of food concentrates, intended to work in the production departments of processing enterprises, self-supporting, contracting and rental teams as a manager or performer of technological operations in the production process of bakery, crackers, bagels, pasta and confectionery.

A junior specialist in a technological profile is trained to work in the following positions: foreman production activities, process technician, laboratory technician, shop manager, shift supervisor, process engineer, control foreman, quality engineer at workplaces: master baker, finished product inspector, master pastry chef.

The appointment of a junior specialist in economics is determined by the fact that this is a specialist with high level vocational education, prepared for economic planning, organizational and management, financial activities in the field of economics in production, in the service sector, in management in accordance with professional direction.

Light Industry Department

Prepares junior specialists intended to work at manufacturing enterprises of light industry in the primary positions of shop technologist, shop foreman, quality control inspector, as well as in engineering positions of specialists with higher education, in accordance with standard, industry and other nomenclature positions.

Junior specialist in commodity science and commercial activities, intended to work in trade enterprises, in the field of intermediary services in the sales departments of industrial and agricultural enterprises.

Must be prepared to work in the State Customs Committee of Ukraine, in the customs of Ukraine in order to create conditions for the formation market economy and growth in foreign economic activity.

Electronic refrigerator compartment

Training of junior specialists in refrigeration compressor machines and installations, prepared for entrepreneurial, organizational, managerial, design and engineering activities in the field of creation and operation of refrigeration machines and installations.

The junior specialist is designed to work at industrial enterprises that use cold, have refrigeration compressor machines and installations, and air conditioning systems.

Junior Computer and Computer Maintenance Specialist intelligent systems and networks is prepared for work on operation, adjustment, development of computer systems, maintenance, creation software, creation of custom programs and their implementation.

A junior specialist is intended to work at state enterprises, research institutes, research laboratories, university departments, computer centers, firms, banks, commercial organizations With various forms property for the position of Associate in Computer Engineering.

Educational work in college

Educational work in college is integral part educational process.

Today, within the structure of the college there is a student club; the club includes: a Ukrainian song choir; dance group; KVN team; mini-theater "DUK"; sport Club.

The college hosts interesting evenings, concerts, creative meetings, and sports competitions, in which students participate and are always present. Amateur artistic and sports groups take part in competitions and concerts, where they win prizes.

Material and technical base

College resources: has its own dormitory with 712 places, which is located near the main buildings. There is a cafe and dining room on the ground floor.

The library is an auxiliary information, cultural and production structural unit of the college and is directly subordinate to the director of the college. Library fund - 92 thousand books.

The educational and computing center provides the study and acquisition of computer skills, coordination of computerization issues educational process, works structural divisions college.

To conduct educational practices, the college has a metalworking, electrical and radio installation, electrical and radio measuring and sewing workshops.

In 2004, by order of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, the college was located within the structure of the Odessa national academy food technologies as a separate structural unit.
