But before that, cut off the excess dough around the edges, it will come in handy for decorations. Don't forget to make a small hole or cut in the center of the pie. This is done so that it does not tear during baking.
Step 4 We cover the finished decorated apple pie with a napkin and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes to come up. Before baking, grease with an egg, you can only use the yolk, and send it to the oven. Baking time about 20 minutes at 180˚C.
