The practice of silence. What will it give you. The practice of silence or why it is worth making Sunday the Day of Silence

Some people say that music is silence between notes. This is a far-reaching statement, and one that we can use to crack a deep and powerful idea: "In silence we find energy and peace."

We are all used to using words when we need to let off steam, relieve tension. When we fill the air with conversations, it is almost impossible and inconvenient to shut up in an instant, and it is inconvenient to cut off the discussion in mid-sentence. Almost always, negative disputes and complaints arise when we lack vital energy. We complain about the lack of strength to follow our personal goals, but by doing so we "squander" them even more.

In silence we find energy and peace...

Start the practice of silence on your own, even if you can't do it throughout the day, start with a couple of hours of silence. You will discover a lot of advantages in this. Here are a few of them.

When our words have power, we have power...

1. The practice of silence builds discipline.

Keeping your mouth shut is hard enough, right? And this is a very strong argument to do so. Silence will help you strengthen your willpower and allow you to prove to yourself that you have everything you need to take on any challenges and attacks from others. The ritual of doing this practice becomes an anchor for personal power and motivation.

2. The practice of silence leaves time for introspection.

If a discussion with a partner or interlocutor does not go along the comfortable channel to which we are accustomed, thanks to silence, we have the opportunity to step back and be alone with ourselves. in the bustle modern world we almost never leave time for ourselves, not only to relax during leisure, but also just to stop, linger in a moment of time. Set your future course, evaluate yourself. Is it any wonder when we are overtaken by the feeling that we are moving in the wrong direction, that life does not go on as usual, but passes us by. During the silence exercises, consider in your mind questions such as: "Who am I and what do I do?" "Can I be satisfied with the direction of my life?" “Where can I invest my energy every day?” and “What can I stop doing to make room for the really important things in my life?”

3. Practicing silence helps you hear your breath.

In Taoism, we are taught to develop our Chi energy by circulating the breath of the vital centers in the body. It is very difficult for many practitioners to remain aware of the breath. When you are in silence with yourself, this is much easier to do. You can use silence to hone your breathing technique and become more aware of where you are sending each breath.

4. The practice of silence allows you to collect your energy.

We use up a lot of energy when we talk all day. In silence, you can draw it all back in and literally conserve energy through every breath you take. Using Chi energy, you are charged through conscious breathing. Use your newfound energy to clear whatever is bothering you.

5. The practice of silence teaches you to give meaning to what you say.

Once we use words to drown out the silence, they become meaningless. Saying what we mean and doing what we say doesn't always work, does it? Our words acquire power when they carry depth and integrity. When you learn how to be silent, when you can find solace in the world of silence, you will never again need to fill space with hasty empty words. Over time, you will learn to deliberately weigh your own words. Become an excellent interlocutor who articulately and clearly expresses his thoughts. When your words have power, you have power.

There are many reasons to give yourself a day of silence. Silence allows you to breathe life into your dreams and aspirations. It will help you find the key to your personal power, align your thoughts, words and deeds.

Perhaps, it may seem strange to someone - to write about silence at a time when the world around us insistently requires communication: business, friendly, creative, domestic, after all. Most people are interested in how to communicate more effectively, not how to be more effectively silent. And in vain. For the practice of silence is exactly what can, paradoxically, give our lives a completely different sound.

Silence as a spiritual practice has existed since time immemorial - in the religions of India, in Buddhism, Christianity (smart doing). In its extreme, ascetic form, it, of course, has always been the lot of monks - these are vows of silence, and going to for a long time somewhere in the mountains or in the forest to fast and pray alone.

Of course, what is needed here is not just an external renunciation of speech, but silence of the mind - in India, those who were able to do this are called "munis", that is, "those who have reached the state of inner silence", perfect yogis. It is believed that conversations, especially unnecessary ones, take a lot of energy that could be used for higher purposes - for example, for contemplation, meditation, merging with being. The more words, the more unstable and chaotic the mind (and vice versa), and behind this whirlpool of thoughts we do not really hear either the world around us, or other people, or ourselves.

Only now, by force of will, we cannot stop this mental flow, but to start from the other end - to stop talking for a while - is very possible, even though at first it is not easy.

Silence saves energy, helps to control emotions, leads to inner peace and clarity of mind. Plus, silence literally heals. It helps with neuropsychiatric diseases, hypertension, headaches, vegetovascular dystonia, magically calms the brain and nerves. It is not for nothing that people do not want to talk when they are sick.

So, we can say that silence practice It is a means to achieve a state of true inner silence. Practices that eliminate inner chatter have always been especially loved by yogis. The benefits of silence are talked about in yoga seminars and retreats; in almost all Indian ashrams, if not complete silence, then at least refraining from unnecessary words is one of the conditions for staying on the territory.

However, we are not in India. But everyone has a chance to plunge into silence. For example, you can go to a Vipassana retreat (they are held in many countries, including Russia). There you can be silent to the fullest, because it will be necessary to remain silent for 10 days in a row. For some, this, alas, is an unaffordable luxury, and one has to be silent, so to speak, without leaving the machine. It's not easy, but it's possible.

To be silent enough in a big city, you need:

1) Stay at home alone- the task itself is not an easy one. What to do with household members who do not always share our interests? And if they do, practice shows that even if two people (meaning beginners) both decide to keep quiet, old habits, as a rule, will still prevail. What can we say about children, especially small ones, - it is clear that it is unrealistic to make them silent all day or at least not contact you with questions. In this regard, a fertile time is summer, when you can send everyone to the country. However, at any time of the year, you can contrive and ask them to go on a visit for the whole day, to relatives, to nature, to a movie cafe ... And then - cheers! The main condition is met.

2) On this day, it is better not to leave the house at all.: you will definitely find yourself in a situation where you will be forced to answer some question - what time is it or how to get somewhere. Worst of all - your own entrance, in which you will certainly run into a neighbor with whom you need to say hello, or with old women on a bench, from whom you will not leave alive if you do not chat.

3) After getting rid of the need to communicate live, the next step is eliminate the possibility of telephone communication- put an answering machine or completely turn off all phones.

4) Do not let any words into your life from outside, that is, all media, the Internet, newspapers, magazines, movies, cartoons, TV and radio.

5) Having protected yourself from the possibility of any human communication, do not forget about animals, which are no less a threat - how, for example, not to communicate with an incredibly cozy ginger cat (you can’t even say “kit-kit”)? And the faithful dog that follows you around everywhere? Most likely, you won’t send them to visit, so you’ll have to be patient ...

6) Exclude virtual communication and correspondence. In principle, today there are a lot of people, especially freelancers, who are sitting at home, communicating exclusively by “soap”, “ICQ”, via SMS, etc. And although, perhaps, they have not uttered a word for the whole day, they do not keep silence at all - they communicate, after all, even if they are written, not spoken words.

7) And finally, when there is no one physically to talk to - don't talk to yourself! A huge number of people speak their thoughts out loud, and this is not at all a sign of insanity, but simply a habit. And you can get rid of it.

8) However the most difficult thing is not to talk about yourself, not to conduct that same notorious “internal dialogue”, that is, to get rid (or at least try to get rid of) of the constant chatter in the head. It happens, at first it seems that it is very easy - just think, be silent for a couple of days! Finally, to drive out all the annoying household members and enjoy the silence is a dream! I don’t feel like talking on the phone or watching TV ... And then ... Thoughts begin to overcome with terrible force- deprived of the opportunity to translate into words, they literally put pressure on the brain, and for the most part, some kind of nonsense gets into the head. Most likely, she was always there, before we simply did not notice her. Here you understand how much there, inside, any "trash". The main thing is not to give up (in this case, not to untie your tongue), continue the practice, and then it will become easier.

And what happens next? Nothing special. A certain detachment just comes, as if transparency - events, phenomena and people seem to pass through us without affecting us. There is an ability to keep your mouth closed and your ears open, to really listen and hear other people, to listen to the world and to yourself.

If you remain silent long enough, then there comes a moment when you no longer feel like talking - but why? And it is already physically difficult - just as difficult as it was at the very beginning to silence yourself.

And then the melody of life becomes heard, so dear and at the same time unfamiliar: although it always accompanied you, it was not possible to hear it before, it was only a background against which events took place. Now you understand that our life is like the surface of the earth - something that we know and measure well. square meters, hundreds or even hectares, has a depth of thousands of kilometers of mystery.

Silence is even better music . It fills you and everything around. You dissolve in it, swim in it, you are a part of it. Silence is a pleasure, at such moments you want to hold your breath and listen to the extraterrestrial music of the silence of the heavenly spheres.

The practice of silence, awareness, meditation, mauna, vipassana...
Healing silence in silence has many names.

The practice of silence

The practice of silence is a careful study and acceptance of one's state during the time of rest specially allotted for this. In the practice of silence, we allow ourselves to rest, recover.

Practice allows you to temporarily ease the internal emotional tension and free yourself from the tyranny of shoulds - cyclical thoughts that reflect our expectations in relation to ourselves, the people around us and the world as a whole.

“Genuine silence is something extremely intense, it has a “thickness”, density, it is real, it is truly alive.<...>

If we want to watch how birds wake up and come to life in a forest or in a field, we must, firstly, get up before them; we must be in a state of alert, alert attention, completely shaking off sleep before the first bird awakens and even before the birds know it is morning. Then you need to go into the field or into the forest and settle down there completely motionless, completely quiet - and at the same time without tension, so that no rustle will frighten the creatures that are sensitively sleeping around, otherwise they will scatter or scatter to where we cannot hear them. , nor see. Birdwatching implies, on the one hand, immobility, peace and quiet, and at the same time the utmost sensitivity, because if you sit in the field, filling up your dreams short night, then all the birds will fly away before you realize that the sun is baking your back. It is absolutely necessary to combine this intense sensitivity with immobility and the absence of tension; this is the contemplative preparation for contemplative silence. It is a very difficult balance between, on the one hand, vigilance, which allows us to respond to everything that comes across, a completely open mind, free from all prejudice and expectation, and, on the other hand, an unmoving stillness, which allows us to respond to what we meet, without projecting a reflection of our own presence onto it, which would be destructive."

Feedback from practitioners:

In the process, a sense of abandonment emerged. Feeling of loneliness. Such a strong feeling that once upon a time someone inside me is forgotten and abandoned. And as if this feeling is phoning and determines my state in Everyday life.
There were tears, then a sob. Then just pain from suffering in the chest area. This state calls for attention. My facial expression in everyday life expresses it.
It feels like a deep resentment towards my mother somewhere a long time ago, and since then loneliness and lack of parental warmth. Which can never be replenished. I want to heal, live and let it go.

Now I’m sharing it, it’s still a little scary, I’m afraid to lose it, I’m apparently clinging. I'll start with a big and conscious thank you to all of you (this does not mean that other thanks are not sincere), but this one is special :)
It seems that the quantity begins to turn into quality, somewhere from the middle to the end of January I do pm almost every day, if I succeed several times, they of course are different in strength or depth, sometimes out of a whole hour there is only 1 minute "real", and sometimes not one, it’s interesting that when I just started in the summer and didn’t do it regularly, the pms were almost always very bright, as if they were luring me with candy :)
Yesterday, in the evening joint PM with Zhanna, something came out with tears of joy and acceptance, hatred came out, which I was very afraid of and could not accept, or love entered. Now I wrote this and somehow it became funny, because of this one sentence, a whole post, or rather two, see the previous post :)
But it really was small miracle Well, that's exactly how I felt. And when I listened to Gulnaz's webinars, which were very responsive, struck me with openness, I understood and heard her words - if others could and I can, and how it all came out of her later, but still it sounded like something very, very far away, And now I think I know how it is!

Morning PM always puts a smile on my face. I feel so light and comfortable afterwards. I feel a surge of strength, energy, a desire to be active and productive. The desire to move mountains. I sit at work and smile. The weather outside is pleasing. I love those moments of simple joy. All bright day.

Friends, during the week I did two morning 6-hour practices. I have already written about the first and its gifts. I want to write about the second since yesterday. The purpose of this report for me is not only to draw attention to the possibility of participating in a free regular group PM, but also to integrate, realize the experience gained. Danka and I took the car for repairs, and I conducted the practice from the Toyota service center on Koh Samui. Not the best and quietest place. But my practice did not suffer from this in any way, but only benefited. Within an hour, I learned to see and accept technogenic cyclic noises, and, lo and behold, I first saw the noise of a TV broadcasting an artificial record of a fake past woven from casts of real experiences, and then I realized that the cyclic programs of my mind, images born in the PM extremely similar to the automatic playback of the TV! Against this background, technogenic noises from the actual present, produced by the junction of man and machine, seemed to me the music of Nature!) I haven’t watched TV for a VERY long time, and even more so I haven’t meditated with it))... And then such a magical opportunity presented itself! Such a magical experience!

I have been practicing for two years, when I practiced myself, there were different moments, sometimes regularly, then generally flew out for a couple of months, the need for practice came again, returned. But only with the advent of collective practices I was able to track and understand what was happening to me. There's been a breakthrough! Trips to doctors for the whole time (13 years) did not give any result, they were prescriptions for medicines according to templates that did not help at all, and it doesn’t matter whether you were with a professor or ordinary doctor. None of them wanted to figure it out, with a habitual gesture, money for a visit was whisked away into a desk drawer, you were given a prescription with a bunch of medicines for all occasions that did not help at all. When my card became similar in thickness to two volumes of "War and Peace", thoughts about damage and the evil eye were not confirmed either, I thought if it was time to stop. I began to search, understand, read, and ended up in the CPS.
PM is always different, but for me it is the most important tool for healing. Sometimes it is a rest, sometimes tears of purification from those events that pop up in memory, sometimes without any experiences and emotions, just silence. Before starting, I do not say any goals, just close my eyes and direct my attention to the center of the chest, then slowly the work in the body begins. With the advent of collective practices, I understood more and more what was happening to me. My work is connected with sitting at the computer for a very long time, and I was sitting, to put it mildly, not correctly. And in practice, everything began to unwind. They began to show me the places of clamps and blocks. I realized that I can’t lower my left shoulder, it is always raised up and as soon as it tries to lower it, it pulls it up on an elastic band, the neck muscles on the left are tense and tightened and this goes to the sternum, the diaphragm is clamped on the left side. In the evening practice with Tatyana Samo to the music, in general, there were amazing sensations. Three hours before the practice, I felt strong pain in the neck in those places with which work began in the evening in the practice itself. There was a feeling that every centimeter of the neck was worked very gently, deeply and slowly, the vertebrae were stretched, the pinched parts were released, the sensations even transferred to the shoulders and shoulder blades, there was an inner lightness and calmness as if you were in reliable, skillful, caring hands. I could probably sit for another hour or more, it was so healing ...

on Saturday at 10 am I had the experience of silence in the same room with my daughter 3.9 years old :) Before that, they eldest daughter they usually played in one room, and I was silent in another. And here we were left without the eldest, and it was useless to leave for some rooms - anyway, my daughter would come to me :) Of course, Sofia tried to climb on my neck as soon as I sat down and closed my eyes :) agreed that I fulfilled her desire, fed me breakfast, and now I ask you to fulfill my request - do not climb on me while I am silent :) And we succeeded! :)) She drew, played role-playing games with drawings and toys, even tried to speak in a whisper :)) I am very glad that I again went beyond my ideas about reality :) And just now, after listening to Zhenya Shchepin's webinar together with her, my girl is sitting on the couch, opened the first book she came across and began to imitate reading. At first I didn't pay attention until I heard the words:
".... the practice of silence, mommy, I love you, shut up, mommy, please, I'm not distracting you, I'm not climbing on your neck, please study mommy" - and all this in a gentle sweet voice ... I laughed out loud :))) )) and from tenderness, and from her creativity, and from the joy that children absorb the way of life and vocabulary in which they grow up - and reproduce :))

I just finished my first practice as a co-host. Very strong feelings now in the moment. The most powerful thing is a huge gratitude. Thanks to everything and everyone. Feeling now strong love. This love is for me and from me. This is a mutual energy exchange with life. And now I feel it so strongly that I cry. There is tension in the body, my hands are shaking, but this is all from the fact that I allowed this to be everything, allowed myself to be, live, breathe the way I am now. And it comes out thus my past. The past, which is so pressing, often controls my emotions, my behavior, my reactions, the past, which is no longer there. And there is real. And this present is so beautiful that I feel awe now, delight from the perfection of this moment, reverence that everything is now like this with me and with me. That everything is perfect.
I felt grateful to myself, and this is a lot for me, because. usually, I thank everyone, but not myself, not wanting to see my results, habitually sliding into pain, into my unworthiness, into my wounded part, which takes my vitality, tearing me away from the present, disconnecting me from my real goal, not allowing me to be healthy, to see life as real, and not in illusions of distortion and self-flagellation.
I saw myself from the outside, how much I had already done for my healing. What a path has already been traveled and tears rolled down my cheeks ... And at that moment, music began to play on the radio, to which I once, very long ago, 23 years ago, lived a very strong process in one training. Then he turned my life around, changed the vector to health. And now I hear it again. And I saw all this way from that point, when I was sitting in the hall and crying, seeing the real myself for the first time, without constant self-destruction, throwing off the false image of myself, connecting with myself, and now. And this melody is like the closure of some system quantum. Here's where I've been, what I've been, and the moment is now. And in this moment - all the harmony of life, all the love of the Universe, all the perfection of the Idea. Admiration and joy that there is so much love around me ...

Today, during a joint PM, I lost sound, I opened my eyes and saw that I was thrown out of the webinar room. I entered again, turned on the PM and felt offended. It's strange, I can't be offended by a bad connection, although I understand that nothing just happens. This has never happened before Lately- often, yesterday at the evening PM it was thrown out and now too. I listened to my feeling - what the offense could be connected with. The phrase came to mind - I'm doing everything right. I remembered my biggest disappointment and resentment 13 years ago related to my son, when I did everything right, and the result turned out contrary to common sense. I realized that this is not it, those feelings are no longer relevant for me, I have already worked through this many times. What is relevant? Thought it was mine financial position now after retirement. Yes, it hurts. Not worst case, but there is a resentment that I deserve more, because I did everything right. I recalled Mitya's post “Live by the rules or by the concepts”, which made a huge impression on me with the power of sincerity, and that. how everything that happens to us turns out to be unpredictably right in the end. A person acts “incorrectly”, reaches some kind of low point (a huge energy potential for growth) and takes off. And I did everything “correctly”, got a “wrong” result, realized that the world does not work the way we were taught, that it is right not to change the world, but to change myself, and I began to continue to live according to the new rules, i.e. again correctly. And I am happy with the changes that have taken place in me over these 13 years, and the world around is changing, but somehow very slowly. Or maybe, in order to "fly up" you need to do something not according to the rules? From this thought, a strong unusual feeling arose in me, it is difficult for me to describe it in words. This is both protest and indignation and rejection. Moreover, the thought of a wrong deed was without intention, as if for fun. And the feeling is strong. I thought, it's good that I'm in practice now and I can live this feeling. And I realized that I did not need to do wrong things, all I needed now was to discover this feeling in myself and live it. And this happened thanks to a strange chain of nothing significant event(thrown out of the room), feelings of resentment, thoughts that arose incoherently. I noticed how I thought them out a little, trying to catch the connection and the logic I was used to. But I didn't get lost in thought. I realized that I was in practice, I noticed when a thought arises, when a feeling appears, and how it is all interconnected. Even thoughts in themselves are not important, the chain is important, how one gives rise to another. It was a new experience for me. Finished the practice with a sense of satisfaction and lightness in the body. I was thrown out of the webinar room again, but it didn't matter anymore))
It was hard in practice. I experienced tons of obligations: a mountain of dishes, a mess in the house (to put it mildly), we agreed with the girls to make a landing page, with Natasha and Sveta to decipher the video, Guzeli promised to record webinars from the screen, she and her husband agreed that I would collect important information about our company... everything is interesting! But it's so scary not to cope! So scared that I will receive disapproval .. how uncomfortable it was!

Now you understand that our life is similar to the surface of the earth - what we know well and measure in square meters, hundreds or even hectares, has thousands of kilometers of mystery in depth.

Golden Silence
Quiet, quiet, Golden Silence,
With the loudest sound:
Music is the Universe! Love -
Heaven! immense,
And the voices of the magical land.
Something too much
In this secret;
And incomprehensible...
So their wedding:
With starlight -
Lunar! fastened with light.
And it's not hidden...
All this -
In the mirror-eyes
Human! reflected.
Soul! tries.
It is this particle
Wherein,-
GOLDEN SILENCE!,-
And hides.
In those cases
Where is the mind
True!, does not torment, -
Natural! -
WITH GOLDEN SILENCE -
Inseparable.
Here, there is no need
Ponder:
Where is this street
Which leads to no confusion.
By which
Floating like a white swan
FAITH HOPE LOVE.
On which,
Quiet-quiet!
Golden Silence -
To the Holy Shore
Mooring.
AND ALL EARTH COUNTRIES,
Seeing and hearing
unearthly friend,
Closing my eyes
Feel those same voices
WHAT'S LIVE! FILL! -
Golden Silence Miracles.
Well, in those cases
Where is the stupidity
Darkens the eyes;
And the mind-
Raises above the unearthly, -
In Golden Silence -
Faith does not pierce with Light.
There her -
Simply, it doesn't happen.
Here, - Soul! - suffers ...
Illnesses overtake HER.

This means that it is not the creation of the internal screen that is valuable in itself, but the state into which we enter when creating it.

The indoor screen appears as a television screen or monitor screen. That is, it is flat, luminous, and all information is visualized on it. In principle, the inner screen itself is also a thought form, and the longer and more you work with this thought form, the more energy you pump into it. In addition, the more identical you imagine it to be, the more stable the energy matrix you sculpt and the less it will leak energy, the more energy you will be able to accumulate at the level of the Third Eye. This energy accumulated at the level of the Third Eye allows you to move the Assemblage Point up and enter those states when the Third Eye is working.

There are methods to use this inner screen to visualize various information. The simplest and very first information that is displayed on the internal screen is the physiological information of your body. The thought-form is created by the brain, and the work of the brain is connected with the states of the body, and all sorts of changes in the body affect its work. Therefore, the thought form, one way or another, will be modulated by a change in the physiology of the organism, that is, it will reflect the processes that take place inside you. It is possible to create a thought form that allows you to clearly see the processes taking place within you. This is the visualization internal processes. Thus, we create a way, some internal tools, with the help of which this internal information is visualized in a form that is understandable to us.

For example, we can create arrows, or a bunny that moves across the screen, or a device that will build sinusoids. These are simply additional thought forms that transform the signal and give it out in a form that we can understand. Such a visualization of the internal state of the body is natural. It happens all the time by itself, that is, it is superimposed on our vision when we begin to gain experience with the internal screen.

You just need to work with it for a while to raise the Assemblage Point, and in order to work, you need to carry out a certain workflow. And one of these processes is working with internal states. At the same time, in which direction you twist them, it doesn’t matter at all, that is, you can improve the functioning of the heart or, for example, the liver (well, it makes no sense to worsen), but all this is not valuable in itself.

The value of this work lies not in the fact that you have acquired a wonderful gift to heat your little finger or get rid of sexual desires (or, conversely, cause them in yourself). The value of this work lies in the fact that you use the inner screen and can concentrate on it for some time, pump energy into it and thus enter into a state that is associated with vision.

Also, further you will be offered quite a few exercises related to external attention - with the visualization of any external events on the internal screen. You and I will look at events taking place somewhere nearby, inside some organism, as well as events that are some distance away from us. Here we are talking just about moving the point of attention. If you concentrate your attention in some place and keep it in a certain place, and some energy processes take place there, then this will be reflected in your consciousness. Your consciousness is building a screen at this time, which means that events that occur where you hold your own attention will be reflected on this thought form. That is, if something happens there, then it affects your attention, attention is connected with consciousness, consciousness builds this screen, and there will be some kind of interference on the screen. You can mold these tips into a picture that is convenient for you and observe what is happening there.

After reading all of the above, a reasonable question may arise: why are we doing this? So, here we are again working with a system of limited competence. That is, they gave you exercises, told you to look - and look. Question: Why are we doing this? - not worth it. And you do it because at the same time you are again working with the screen and working out the situation when the Assemblage Point rises. At the same time, you use the energy of already external objects and increase the energy of the screen with the energy of objects that are at some distance. This energy begins to influence you and is placed there, in the screen, that is, you increase it not only due to your own energies, but also due to borrowed ones.

The principle of faith as a way of fixing the Assemblage Point

Thus, vision at a distance is a system for receiving free energy, with the help of which we raise the Assemblage Point. Here it will be important not just to enter a state, not just to raise the Assemblage Point, but also to keep it in one state or another. Holding the Assemblage Point in a certain state is the fixation of the Assemblage Point, and the Assemblage Point is fixed by certain thought forms and a certain picture of the world.

So you've created a picture where what you're doing is practice, it has some meaning, and you believe in what you're doing. Do you believe in these states, and faith in what you are doing is the nail that fixes the Assemblage Point. It is not enough to raise the Assemblage Point - it will immediately fall from you. It is important to fix it in this state. This is where the principle of faith comes into play. That is, when you see some information displayed on the screen, it may or may not be true. For example, if you see on the screen some events that take place, say, on the Moon, then it is impossible to say with complete certainty whether this is true or not. What is important is the principle of believing in what you are doing as a way of holding the Assemblage Point in that position. That is, when we believe, we are fixed in this. The belief that it really is, that it really exists, makes it possible to hold the state itself. On the other hand, the system of disbelief and distrust is what pulls out the nail, what does not allow us to fixate and leads to the loss of this position of the Assemblage Point.

Inner Silence Mode

The last thing to mention here is the system of inner silence. The system of inner silence has been drummed into the people for centuries by all sorts of Eastern sages, it underlies many religious and spiritual practices, and the people were not explained why they need it.

Here we are dealing with such a thing as interference suppression and putting the brain into a certain mode.

The bottom line is that the internal dialogue that takes place in us all the time is associated with the alignment of certain areas of the brain. For example, some areas of the brain in this moment active, some are passive, in the cerebral cortex all the time there are some dominant centers, and these dominant centers have more energy than the surrounding zones. Accordingly, between them and these surrounding zones there are energy processes of energy flow. But this is the cerebral cortex, and there the energy does not just flow, but, flowing, activates certain information blocks. Therefore, such switching on and off of certain information blocks looks like an endless internal dialogue, while in fact these are just processes of aligning some energies in the cerebral cortex.

This endless dialogue creates interference. To a large extent, it is superimposed on the thought-form of the screen that you have created. You are trying to pump as much energy as possible into this thought form, trying to bind as much energy as possible in it to raise the TS, and the hindrance begins to destroy, tear apart this thought form. This results in the need for a stop mode. internal dialogue, in which you turn off all the side energy processes of the cerebral cortex and focus on one thing - on creating a thought form.

When working with the internal silence mode, the following happens: our screen is disconnected from the interference that the cerebral cortex creates, and any internal information is no longer directed to the screen. At the same time, you place your attention on a certain point in space. Then the energy processes that take place in the thought form will be associated with changes at that point in space, and your head simply creates a screen. That is, we are again working by suppressing the internal dialogue, strengthening the principle of trust. Only then does the thought form raise the Assemblage Point, and we enter the state of inner vision.
