400-500 g champignons,

250 g pasty cottage cheese,
250 g flour,
2 eggs,

10 g vanilla sugar,
15 g baking powder,

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, grate the carrots, chop the onion and mix with spices, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar. Roll out puff pastry(the plate should be rolled out in one direction) until you get a long rectangular strip, which you cut into 8 squares (two dough plates will yield 16 squares). Place the filling on the dough, pinch the edges to form envelopes. Place the finished envelopes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 25-30 minutes.

Ingredients:
3-5 sheets of thin pita bread,
400 g minced meat.
1 egg,
1 bunch of green onions,
vegetable oil, salt, pepper - to taste.

Preparation:
Salt and pepper the minced meat and fry until cooked. Add chopped green onions to it and spread in an even layer on a sheet of pita bread. Roll into a roll, cut into pieces 3-4 cm thick. Dip each piece in beaten egg and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Ingredients:
500 g of dryings,
500 ml milk,
1 pack of cottage cheese,
1 egg,
2-4 tbsp. Sahara.
