What ingredients will we need in this dish? Everything is as simple as always, from the name you can understand that the main components of such a quick and tasty dish will be crab sticks- 200 g, you can’t live without them, tomatoes 4-5 pcs., eggs- 4 things, onion, salt, mayonnaise And dill(optional), cheese - 100 g.

Cooking method:

1. Defrost the crab sticks first, and then cut them into small pieces.

2. Tomatoes, eggs and onions are also cut into small cubes.

3. Mix all ingredients in a beautiful bowl and season with mayonnaise. You can lay out all the ingredients in layers. As you like, garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley. And you can make such a miracle with cheese, if you wish. It will also be a good combination of flavors.


New simple rice recipe

This version with crab sticks and rice will give you a nice touch, and the seafood will simply win you over in this combination. It turns out useful and cool!

We will need:

  • Boiled rice - 150 g
  • Crab sticks - 1 package or 200 g
  • Shrimp - 150-200 g
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise for dressing
  • Canned corn - 1 large can

Cooking method:

1. Boil the shrimp in salted water; cook for about 5-7 minutes, depending on size. Clean them, remove all the insides. Cut each shrimp into approximately 3 equal pieces.


2. It is best to peel the cucumber from the outer green crust. Chop into cubes.


3. Remove the crab sticks from the refrigerator and defrost. Cut into cubes to match the shrimp and cucumbers.

4. Place the eggs in an egg slicer and chop into cubes as well. If you don't have a special tool, cut it by hand.


5. Add canned corn and season with mayonnaise as desired. Salting the dish is not recommended.

6. Using special form add all the ingredients and get a beautiful round wonder. This is what happened! Decorate as desired. Have a great appetite!


Crab salad with chicken and croutons

The option with crab sticks and chicken, and even sprinkled with aromatic croutons, looks very interesting and deliciously beautiful. And olives also certainly look good with breadcrumbs. It turns out very satisfying and spicy.

We will need:

  • chicken breast - 0.5 kg
  • crab sticks - 200 g
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • croutons - 300 g
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise for dressing
  • salt
  • black olives - 50 g


Cooking method:
1. Chicken fillet must be boiled in advance and cut into small pieces that can be conveniently placed on a tablespoon and consumed.
2. Cut the crab sticks as you like, preferably finely.
3. Grate the cheese onto special device or use a regular coarse grater, I like to grate the cheese on a fine grater, then it seems like there is a lot of cheese :) I love cheese in such delicacies.
4. Season with salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.



5. Sprinkle crackers on top. You can cut the crackers and dry them yourself or buy them ready-made, without any additives.
6.Garen with chopped olives. Bon appetit.

To make the crab dish more juicy, you can add cabbage to it; you can take any white cabbage, Peking cabbage, or even Iceberg lettuce. We will also add a lot of greens to it, it is especially good to do it in the spring, when vitamin deficiency begins. Well, and of course in the summer, when all the products become available and you can collect them from your garden.

We will need:

  • cabbage - 200 g
  • crab sticks - 100 g
  • fresh cucumbers - 100 g
  • dill and parsley, salt and mayonnaise

Cooking method:

1. Chop the cabbage and mash it with your hands in a cup so that it releases juice.


2. Cut the sticks arbitrarily, it is best to cut them into circles in this form. Cut the cucumbers into circles, then cut each circle in half.

3. Mix everything and add chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper if you wish. Season with regular store-bought mayonnaise or sour cream. Bon appetit! 🙂
