In May, mosquitoes already appear in Moscow. They are especially active in the evening. There is also a variety of them: thick legs. They look like mosquitoes but have small legs. I was a little scared when I saw them. Moreover, in May they can carry out entire raids on the city, which made it a little scary at first. I also saw cockchafers, but they are not as scary as those mosquitoes. I know that recently there has been a real danger of meeting in Moscow a real snake. The only danger is the viper. It is she who should be afraid and run to the doctor if she suddenly bites. Its signs are a zigzag line on the back, slit-like pupils and an image of the letter “X” on the head. As a rule, they are found in forest areas and meadows. Outside the city they can be found in the forests.

How to protect yourself from a bite

If you go to places where she can meet, it is better to wear closed shoes. If you go picking berries or mushrooms, it is better to take a stick with you and check your path with it. I always wore closed shoes when I went to parks. It's more reliable.
