Musical games - exercises for emotional liberation and development of acting skills of children. Acting techniques and liberation training

Good actors are not born. One may have a penchant for this craft. However, in order to become a true professional, you need to work hard on yourself. First of all, liberation is important. Acting training for emancipation help to get rid of internal clamps and stiffness. But only if the model of the world of this person is turned outward, and not inward. But first things first.

Role reversal approach

Many people are unhappy with their shyness. However, the opinion of others prevents them from behaving differently. A new role is needed. IN this moment you play the role of a modest, shy person. Therefore, you must change this mask to the opposite one.

Try at least one day to behave differently than usual. If you are accustomed to dress simply and inconspicuously, deliberately avoiding bright colors, put on new clothes or at least decorate yourself with something bright, like a brooch or a tie. For the first stage emancipation of people it will be enough that others will begin to pay attention to you.

When you get used to staring and stop being embarrassed, you can move on to the second stage. Allow yourself more outrageous behavior. Try to do something that you have never done or even condemned other people for doing. Talk loudly on the phone in a public place. If no one calls you, just take the phone in your hand and shout into it. That is, start communicating with society, and not just be in it.
Soon you will notice the dissatisfied looks of others. Using this loosening techniques will help you learn to feel uncomfortable even when faced with an unfriendly environment.

If possible, try the seller role. You can get this job temporarily, for example, for the summer. You can get a job as a telephone operator. You can also try to sell your own stuff. The price doesn't matter. Some people are disgusted with the profession of the seller or are embarrassed to trade. If you are one of those people, this exercise is for you.

Voice training

So that a timid, uncertain voice does not betray you as a shy person, you need to regularly engage in his training. Some acting techniques advise memorizing a poem or a piece of prose, and then constantly and with an expression to repeat what was memorized.

Contact

It's not enough to just draw attention to yourself. Acting liberation training is designed to teach a potential actor to communicate with the public. You can do this in your daily life.

A good rapport exercise is to interview passers-by on the street. You have to not only attract someone's attention to yourself, but also make a complete stranger to you react to your actions. Communication with one's own kind is necessary for the emancipation of people. The method is applied at the later stages of working on yourself, when you learn to control your voice and be prepared for the fact that strangers may react inadequately to your actions. The question you ask a passer-by can be a mundane one ("How do you feel about smoking?") or a bolder one ("Which women do you find sexy?").

Acting loosening techniques needed not only for those who are going to make a career in cinema or theater. First of all, they are necessary for a shy, shy person who suffers from isolation. Today, success in career and personal life directly depends on the level of emancipation. Even without being an actor, each of us is forced to play certain roles. Psychological emancipation makes it possible to easily adapt to any environment.

Liberated man - open to the world

And now let's look at the graduates of acting courses, and those who practiced on such assignments - are they really useful? Not always. Or rather, only when a person is initially turned outward. Let's take a closer look at the difference between a liberated person and a closed one.

liberated man in communication with friends, everything is in the flow. Focused on process, communication. That is, all attention is out. Closed but a person thinks mainly about himself: how do I look, do I stand correctly, if I join the conversation, will it be normal, or will they not pay attention to me?

A liberated person on the stage or in the audience is all focused on the action, on the transfer of emotion, on the audience. A closed person thinks about how not to forget the words, how not to disgrace himself, how to look more confident.

Do you see the difference? The liberated person is the one who turns outward. Closed as a consumer thinks only about his own person.

My audio commentary:

How to deal with a paradigm shift?

Please answer the following questions:

  1. Do you pet dogs, do you enjoy them?
  2. Do you compliment people?
  3. Are you interested in the goals and aspirations of other people?
  4. How attentive to others (what are they wearing, how they move, facial expressions, what phone)?
  5. Can you see beauty in the world, animals, people?
  6. Do you remember the needs/problems of your friends and acquaintances?

Why is it important? — My audio explanation:

As you can already understand, the task is to stop looking at yourself and start looking at the world. You are not the navel of the earth. AND the only way switch attention, it's a paradigm shift. Do things not for yourself and for your own sake, but start taking care of the people around you.

Don't be afraid, you won't be a loser. According to the law of conservation of energy, how much you let out, the same amount will return to you. Therefore, you can safely join the process, you will not lose.

There are 4 areas for development: actions, thoughts, virtual communication, conversations. My audio explanation:

I would be glad to receive your stories of how you could become more liberated using my technique, send me an email, I will be interested!

Do you want to get rid of isolation as quickly as possible?
Waiting for (we work until we win)!
Oleg.

Acting is often viewed as the art of conscious behavior in different situations. But, as you know, any behavior is based on an assessment of an event, and it largely depends on a person’s life experience, his ability to reflect and a host of others. internal factors. You can’t just equip an artist with the basics of technique, stage speech, plasticity and say “Play!”, You need to help him understand himself better.

That is why one of the stages of teaching acting is personal training for emancipation. Their first part is usually devoted to the awareness of their own clamps (emotional and bodily) and the subsequent disposal of them.

Emancipation games. What's stopping you from being free?

Freedom of movement is more than just the ability to move, given to us from birth. Children enthusiastically discover new possibilities of their body, mastering more and more new movements, not being afraid to seem ridiculous and awkward. But with age, under the influence of prohibitions and criticism, psychological clamps gradually accumulate, which lead to the formation of muscle stiffness. Harmony is broken, the person is no longer able to move easily and naturally. His body becomes a slave to hidden fears and complexes. They leave quite distinct traces in it, in the form of muscle blocks, which leads to stiffness, up to spasms.

Relaxation exercises - the path to harmony

Assignments and games for emancipation are an obligatory part of acting classes. Such exercises are referred to as warming up and are usually carried out at the beginning. Not only are they a great way to relieve psychological blockage by releasing a block, but they also help develop attention, since the lack of muscle freedom makes it impossible for the actor to focus on a particular object. This dependence has been noticed for a long time and that is why exercises for attention and emancipation are often in the same group. They are carried out until the participant learns to control the tension and relaxation of any muscle in the body. Of course, this process is lengthy and requires considerable effort. On the early stages set a simpler task - to identify excessive tension in the muscles and learn how to remove it.

Removing the clamps, liberating and relaxing, a person acquires the opportunity to react freshly and directly to life, getting the maximum pleasure from it. He becomes much more confident in himself, gets rid of phobias, learns to look at life openly, like a child. Various liberation exercises allow you to unleash your creative potential, get to know your body better and understand what prevents it from being free. Having discovered the cause, a person gets the opportunity to solve the problem and gain an incomparable feeling of inner freedom.

The following exercises will help you quickly relax before the performance:

  • You need to strongly, strongly strain for 3-5 seconds and then relax. So five to ten times.

To do this exercise effectively, you need to direct all your inner attention to left hand while squeezing it with all his might. Then release tension and relax that hand. Then, do the same with the other hand. Then the legs, neck, lower back. After a minute, you will feel how the body gives in and the muscles relax.

Game: I am a Puppet

Imagine for a moment that you have always been a puppet, but at the moment you are forgotten and you are hanging in a closet. The idea is that you need to imagine in turn that you are suspended by different parts of the body: by the neck, ear, leg, etc. When you imagine which part of the body you are currently hanging on, this place should be as tense as possible, and everything else should be relaxed and literally hanging out. The pace of execution is not important, the main thing is to achieve the result. It is best to close your eyes, but, again, at will. It is best if an experienced teacher is nearby and can monitor you and assess the degree of relaxation.

I'm already a star

You need to realize that you have been speaking for a long time, that this is a simple matter for you and you don’t need to worry about it.

And further important point, which is worth focusing on: The world will not collapse from your success or failure, people will quickly forget everything bad, and there is generally no reason to worry. Just one minute of this relaxation will help change your thinking and help bring you to your senses.

Clamps in a circle

This exercise requires space. Start moving in a circle (radius 1-3 meters). At the signal of the teacher, you need to strain various parts of the body in turn: the leg, the back of the head, the little finger, etc. But at the same time, the tension must rise. First, you focus on the part of the body you need to exercise, then you feel how the tension builds up. Then this tension turns into something solid and invincible. 4-5 seconds and slowly begin to relax more and more until you feel that this part of the body becomes like cotton wool.

When you do this exercise, remember to listen to your feelings. Move smoothly in a circle and focus on your inner feelings, disconnect from everything and do not think about anything. Your speech is already far in the past. You have already taken this step and now you are resting. Exercise can be done once, or you can repeat 2-3 times. It all depends on how you feel, sometimes once is enough.

voltage overshoot

For this liberation exercise, you need to stand at the width of your outstretched arms, then strongly strain your left arm to the maximum limit, and then, slowly relaxing it, transfer this tension to the other arm. The same can be done with any part of the body. From the left hand, you can direct the tension into right leg or neck. It is important to completely abstract from the outside world.

Plasticine

In this exercise, you will become plasticine. No matter how ridiculous it may sound, but it is this exercise that helps to liberate yourself as quickly as possible. The exercise includes 3 blocks. Initially, at the signal of the teacher, you turn into cold plasticine, which lost its softness and became hard due to the fact that it was kept in a cold place for a long time. You have to get used to this role: cold, hard and not pleasant to the touch material. The second block of the work of this exercise is that the teacher must change your postures, but you must resist like hard plasticine, you must not succumb to him and must complicate his work in every possible way. And the third block of the exercise: you imagine that you have been placed in a warm room or next to a heater and you are gradually softening. It is important to remember that this is a slow process. First, your fingers, arms, neck, then your legs thaw, then you turn into a shapeless piece of plasticine and flow down to the floor with one hundred percent relaxation of all muscles.

gradual growth

Squat down and hug yourself as tightly as possible! Turn into a sprout for a while. You have just begun your germination and are slowly reaching for the sun! Start straightening, unraveling and striving upwards. The teacher counts to five, and you must correctly distribute the time of your growth during this time. Subsequently, the growth time can be increased up to 20 seconds.

From time to time, many people begin to feel that the only thing that prevents them from succeeding in life is their own constraint. There is a certain amount of truth in this, because some not only cannot ask for a well-deserved promotion, but also do not believe in their own strength, which cannot but affect their personal lives and careers. What's happened emancipation of consciousness, where can you get invaluable skills that will allow you to internally free yourself from conventions? This article is devoted to the answers to these questions.

Trainings acting skills

One of the most simple ways to achieve emancipation is to attend training sessions. Professional educators help to find all existing "clips", both muscular and emotional, and get rid of them. This leads to the fact that a person begins to better manage his emotions, and hence his own life.

What can teach emancipation school? The answer is pretty simple. In such a school, anyone can not only be liberated, but also turn their fears into resources that will help achieve goals. Simple but effective exercises useful to you in life more than once, and the experience gained can become the basis of future success. Besides, who knows, maybe emancipation school help you find not only self-confidence, but also a new profession that will become your life's work?

Art therapy

Those who want to find themselves and get rid of complexes are recommended to attend art therapy groups. What is art therapy? In essence, it is psychotherapy through art. At the same time, it is not at all necessary to be able to draw or be a talented sculptor: it is enough to feel the desire to know your Self and get rid of complexes that torment your soul.

During the sessions, the therapist will teach you through artistic means express one's state of mind. Art therapy helps to find and overcome the existing barriers in the mind that prevent you from feeling like a liberated person and living a full, rich life.

In addition, by learning to express emotions through colors, you can relieve tension at any time and get a boost of energy for future achievements.

Body Oriented Therapy

Can recommend emancipation of consciousness through body-oriented therapy. This type psychotherapy was created precisely in order to remove muscle barriers, which are an expression of emotional barriers.

Psychologists who practice body-oriented therapy believe that the main factor in the enslavement of consciousness is trauma deposited in the form of muscle clamps. Having got rid of these traumas, having lived and survived them, a person receives a new degree of freedom. Every problem that a person has faced in the past that has not been overcome continues to exist in the body. Clamps prevent the free flow of energy, enslaving a person and preventing him from living full life. Therefore, the school of emancipation during classes, which usually take place in a group, teaches to master own body and trust him, gives the skills to get rid of stress and nervous tension. Also, trainings based on body-oriented therapy help to learn to believe not only in yourself, but also in others.

It is not at all necessary to choose only one method of liberation: you can try all the existing ones and find the one that suits you best. Do not forget that if the school of emancipation offers to get rid of complexes in a few days, then this is a scam. Emancipation of consciousness is a way to new level life and awareness, which cannot be achieved in such a limited time

Psychological games for emancipation

Psychological emancipation games are widely used to overcome constraint in teams. Usually such exercises are called Ice-breaking: you can say that they help to cope with the initial tightness of the participants and contribute to a warming of relations. There are also individual psychological games for emancipation, which help to increase self-confidence. This article is devoted to both types of these games.

Collective relaxation exercises

Very often, psychologists and coaches use such an exercise as the "Snowball". It consists in the following. Everyone should stand in a circle. Each participant must introduce himself: give his name, and also come up with an adjective that begins with the same letter. The next participant says his name and adjective, as well as the name of the predecessor and his description. This exercise is not only fun and relaxing, but also helps the participants to get to know each other.

Another rather fun relaxation exercise is the Molecules game. Participants must move around the room as randomly as atoms. At any time, the leader calls an arbitrary number, for example, three. In this case, the participants must connect (hold hands) in threes. This game allows you not only to have a good time, but also to establish a trusting relationship in the group.

There are other psychological games for emancipation. For example, a very simple group exercise is a game called Dwarfs and Giants. Participants stand in a circle. The host must say two commands: “dwarfs” and “giants”. At the same time, at the word "Dwarfs" the participants should sit down, at the word "giants" - stand up to their full height. The facilitator does the same, but he can confuse the participants, for example, straighten up sharply at the word "dwarfs".

All group psychological games for liberation are quite simple, but they allow you to achieve several effects at once: participants get to know each other, make a first impression of each other, have fun and become liberated. As exercises for emancipation in the team, you can use any children's games: “Don't say yes and no”, “Ring-ring, go out on the porch” and many others.

Individual games for emancipation

If collective games for emancipation are aimed at relieving tension in the team, then individual exercises are necessary in order to get rid of the complexes and increase self-confidence. Oddly enough, a person can achieve these goals even without the help of a specialist, simply by using simple exercises.

A great game is to try on the role of a more confident person. For example, before an important, responsible event, you can imagine that you are someone else, for example, the president of Russia, your favorite performer, or even a movie character. Of course, you should not get used to the role completely: you just need to “infect” with self-confidence, you can borrow the features of speech or even gait. You should try to "play" a role, for example, during a conversation with your boss or an exam. This game helps to remove psychological barriers and promotes emancipation.

You can also be liberated if from time to time you are transferred to the time of your own childhood. Children are almost never enslaved: they are free both internally and externally. Try to allow yourself to be a child once a day for 15 minutes: draw, listen to your favorite songs and sing along to them, jump rope ... You can do whatever your heart tells you: the main thing is not to restrain yourself and not try to meet someone's expectations. Such psychological liberation games help to get rid of tension and perfectly remove not only internal, but also muscle barriers.

Emotional liberation of the personality

Surely many have heard that some people are emotionally liberated, while others, on the contrary, safely hide feelings under lock and key and fear that someone might notice their emotions. Which option is more preferable and is it worth developing openness in oneself, or, on the contrary, is it better to live without emotions at all, which sometimes interfere and even confuse? What's happened emancipation of personality? This article is devoted to these questions.

Why does a person become enslaved?

Perhaps the most emotionally liberated creatures in the world are children. After all, who, if not kids, knows what it is to feel and express their feelings? When a child is happy, he laughs and even falls from laughter, if he is sad, he cannot hold back his tears. However, with age, under the influence of social pressure, a person gradually begins to forget what emotions are. Why it happens? The answer is quite simple: we live in a society, and those who do not restrain themselves can become uncomfortable for others. How often, growing up, people hear the phrases: “Don’t cry, you’re not small”, “Don’t laugh so loudly, it’s indecent” and many others. This gradually leads to the fact that a person not only stops expressing his emotions, but also denies himself experiencing them, subconsciously assuming that feeling is bad and can even be punished for sincere emotions. Such internal tightness becomes the reason that the emancipation of the personality without psychological help already impossible.

What does letting go of emotions lead to?

Of course, in many situations it is better to contain emotions, but the key point is that sometimes they are necessary. And some people, having put on some kind of armor on their souls, completely abandon their experiences, turning into real robots. This can lead to quite negative consequences, because emotions do not disappear anywhere, they are only suppressed. A life devoid of joy and experiences can cause nervous breakdown or psychosomatic disorder. That is why it is so important to emancipate the individual, trapped within the framework of public morality.

Emotions arose in the process of evolution for a reason: they serve as a kind of signal that something is going wrong, or reinforce the activity that benefits the body. Of course, in social world everything is much more complicated, and emotions perform not only signaling, but also many other functions. Therefore, you should not deny yourself this gift that wise nature has given us, and try to live only by reason, refusing to feel.

What is an emotionally liberated person?

What is emotional release? First of all, such a person is well aware of his emotions and is not afraid to express them. Moreover, he does this at moments when this kind of behavior will not be perceived wrongly. After all, it is one thing to express your anger or frustration, or even cry, while in the company of family and friends, and quite another to do it in a work environment. That is, in the ideal case, emotional liberation should not interfere with others. A person should be aware of how appropriate the expression of his feelings and be able to control himself: the golden mean is very important in expressing emotions.

An emotionally liberated person is not afraid of his feelings and will never think that at least some of them are shameful and “wrong”: each emotion serves some purpose and appeared for a reason, so you should not scold yourself for them, and even that more try as soon as possible to forget. Such a person is not afraid to enjoy life and grieve, because grief is just as important as joy. He knows how to be sad and is not afraid to burst into tears if he feels that emotions overwhelm him. We can say that an emotionally liberated person lives a bright inner life and does not think that it is not worth demonstrating this to others, at least to close people whom he trusts.

Does a person need emotional release? Of course. After all, the word “emancipation” itself carries a rather deep meaning: emancipation is a kind of way out of the fortress of various clamps and barriers, which will allow you to live a truly full and rich life.

Remove blockage on your own?

Do you want to get rid of isolation as quickly as possible?
Waiting for (we work until we win)!
Oleg.

Hello dear friends, readers and guests. Last week I received this letter.

“I am a vocal teacher, I have a gifted girl of 13 years old, she is very afraid to speak in public, but she really wants to, she performs a lot and participates in competitions, but she doesn’t get prizes and this upsets her terribly, cries. She performs only when she wants to, that is. she doesn’t force her, it’s a pity she’s so talented and has a desire to eat, but she can’t cope with fear and I don’t know how to help her. »

In order to loosen up, it is necessary to perform some effective exercises aimed at muscular and psychological relaxation. Below I will talk about some exercises that you can do yourself.

Exercises aimed at recognizing tension and the ability to relax

You need to stand up straight and concentrate on your left hand, straining it to the limit. After a few seconds, you need to relax your hand and relieve tension. The same exercises should be done with right hand, legs, neck and lower back.

During this exercise, you need to stand up straight, your feet should be completely flat on the floor. Then you need to raise your hands and the whole body, trying to stretch as high as possible, but at the same time be sure to control that the heels remain in place. When the whole body is stretched, one must imagine that the hands “broke” and hung limply. Then imagine that the arms are broken at the elbows and shoulders. Shoulders dropped, head hanging, then body "broke" at the waist, then knees buckled, and you fell to the floor. On the floor you need to lie limply, as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Listen to your body, if there are clamps somewhere, then they need to be completely relaxed.

In this exercise, you need to squat down, bend your head to your knees and clasp your knees with your hands. Then you need to imagine that you are a small sprout that just emerged from the ground, then began to grow, gradually straighten, open up and rise up. On the count of 5, you need to fully straighten up, evenly distributing the stages of growth. To complicate the exercise, you can increase the duration of growth, counting up to 10 or 20.

Exercises to relieve muscle tension will teach you to control your body and get rid of unnecessary clamps at the right time.

Preparing for a performance

Now let's talk about an equally important component - psychological preparation to the performance.

In a quiet environment, better at home, where no one would distract you, you need to imagine any situation in life where confident behavior helped you in resolving an important issue. When you visualize this situation vividly, concentrate on the state you were experiencing. It should be clearly felt so that in subsequent situations, when necessary, you can call desired state before the start of the performance.

A technique called "the worst" is very effective. This technique is that you need to think about what will happen if this is the most disastrous performance in my life. What can happen? At the same time, mentally or out loud in front of a person you trust, you need to exaggerate the situation as much as possible. Give free rein to your imagination. Tell yourself or another person how you were pelted with tomatoes and rotten eggs, but at the same time you deftly dodge them, or maybe you take out a battle and serve these tomatoes back to the auditorium. In the end, you need to untwist this absurdity to the limit until it becomes funny yourself!

This technique works very well because people who are afraid to perform think that this is going to happen…… that it is better not to think about it at all. As a result, they do not think about the real consequences, but continue to wind themselves up and set them up for something terrible.

When their fears take on real features, it actually turns out that there is nothing wrong with that, and the audience, by and large, does not care how successful the person performed.

Also, the best cure for fear is laughter. If you imagine that you will be booed or ridiculed in public, then this picture will cause even more fear. But, if you imagine how you beat off the tomatoes with a bat back into the hall, then this picture will cause laughter. And laughter is the best resource for speaking.

Another a good remedy to overcome fear is to speak in front of a mirror. Firstly, at this time you will be able to work out the posture, movements, facial expressions. Secondly, you can imagine the audience in front of which you need to speak. By the way, this technique helped me very well at the time. I played the accordion, but I was terrified of performing. One day I was rehearsing a program at home, playing in front of a mirror. During a home rehearsal, I felt my hands sweat, my knees were shaking, my heart was pounding as if it would fly out of my chest. As a result, all the fear remained at home, and the performance went well in public.

Focus on the result you want. Instead of the expected failure, imagine performing at the very better light. If you are already set for success, then there is a much better chance that it will come to you. Mentally rehearse that you confidently perform the song, breathe freely and easily, and the song flows in a continuous stream, the audience enjoys your voice. Such visualizations will program your mind and body for a positive outcome.

And finally, speak, speak, speak. At every convenient opportunity. Constant performances will help to cope with fear and become a habit.

Do you, dear readers, have experience of overcoming the fear of public speaking?
