I am ready to agree with the words of Diogenes and accept his point of view. But in order to say one way or another, you need to know who this person is and what he did.
Diogenes of Sinope - former owner minting workshop, convicted of damaging coins and sold into slavery; the man who shouted at the slave market: “Who wants to buy himself a master?!” Diogenes, who challenged the moral principles and social values ​​of Athens at that time, is one of the few philosophers who preached as they lived and lived as they preached.
He led a beggarly and ascetic lifestyle: he slept in a barrel, which served as his home, and ate mainly lentils and cabbage.
